Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Extremely disappointed in this location! Went through the drive through and ordered a #7 spicy east coast Italian with extra hot peppers and extra oil and vinegar. Of course I don't think to unwrap my wrapped sandwich in the drive thru which I didn't realize you are suppose to do for this location to check to make sure it's done properly. Made it home, to find, they added nothing but meat, Mayo, cheese, and lettuce. I called them and let them know I was on my way, they promised a refund and to fix my sandwich with me showing the old sandwich and receipt. I arrived and showed them the sandwich with the receipt in which they told me on my receipt it said "EZ peppers and sauce". I don't even know what the hell that means. He said that was me saying I didn't want any. Asking for extra and asking for non are two very different things. He eventually made me a new sandwich and literally gave me a cookie. No refund like promised. AVOID THIS LOCATION! They seriously struggle they couldn't even cut my pickle I ordered in quarters they barely cut it in half! I would have been less upset if they would have followed through on their promise of a refund since I had to drive all the way back. AVOID...

so my husband ordered 3 sandwiches on my doordash account from this jimmy john’s. i get a call from them (im at work) and they tell me that they don’t have door dash drivers come there and they don’t have a driver to deliver it so we’d have to come get it. i say ok im at work, let me call my husband and i’ll call back. my husband says he fine with picking it up so i call back and let them know. they person on the phone, Jeremy, says “oh okay” in a weird way so im like “is that an issue” and he says “well we’re actually out of the stuff for one of the sandwiches” ok sir why didn’t you say that the first time you called me?????? before i called my husband to see if he’d go pick it up??? so i just told him cancel it. he said okay but on doordash it still shows as an active order. we would like our money back and i will be calling again tomorrow to speak to...

Freaky slow!! Tried to buy lunch on 3/4. Pulled up the the drive thru...and was asked to wait to order...ok...figured they might be busy inside. I wait for about a real minute and a half...then I give my order...2 number 10 sandwiches. One with no tomato. Pull up to the window...no other customersindide. It was a ghost town in there. We pay for the order...then we are told we had to wait again...because they had to slice some beef...wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes for them to do something they should have done earlier. Not impressed at all. I hope the owner looks at the camera to see what the employees were really doing today...they weren't taking care of a customer too well. Definitely taking my business to a better Jimmy John's. I'll attempt a random purchase from here again to write a final review. Just to be a...
