If I was able to leave 0 stars that's what would be happening right now! I just had the most ridiculous experience! So when I get there I was standing outside for over 5min because you have to ring the bell for them to buzz you in okay that usually would be perfectly fine with me except the fact that there were 3 people at registers and only one person in line and one person waiting, the manager looked at me standing outside the door several times before opening it! So I finally get in there and the manager is complaining about how she can't find her refried cigarette that she put under the register counter, she finally finds it and says she's going out back to smoke so my problem with that is you have the front door locked and people have to ring a bell to get in but you aren't afraid to go out back where it's not well lit to smoke? Also I'm waiting 15min for my food that I was told would be ready in 5min while the 2 girls behind the counter are on their phones a girl is standing by the sink on her phone and the guy that's supposed to be boxing up the pizza is standing there on his phone! Manager was completely okay with it because when she came back in she was on her phone! This was completely ridiculous and I won't be back, I'll make the extra drive to dominos and spend more money there because this was...
Read moreSo this location is a mixed bag. I eat this sparingly because of what it is, although the deep dish is not bad, this is where my latest experience begins. So the special is a half and half deep dish (supposed to be available 4-8pm everyday for the special). Go in and ask for the pizza, they said "none available", I said " Your sign says available 4-8pm everyday", they said "we're out, it will be ready in ten minutes". I said "I'll just take a deep dish if available", all was okay until the girly at the register made a lame comment and (I assume the manager) chided with her. At that point I mentioned about if advertised product a discount or something should be available for not having an advertised product. I would not even even wrote this until I took the first bite of the nasty cardboard they claimed to be pizza. My pizza had been in that stupid warmer for so long I had to not bite through but tear it like a freaking shark tearing a sea lion apart. I'm pretty disgusted, and the irony is I probably will eat it again. Perhaps check on the pizza, upgrade customer service, get some personality and I could see success, if this continues, there may be an open spot in that center. Dominos $5.00 pizzas are a...
Read moreWent in to buy three guys lunch and was sold on the $4 hot n ready lunch deal. Only after I paid I was told it would be a few minutes because they only had 2 ready. I told the cashier that wasn't cool because I could've gotten the two big hot n readys to feed three people. She got a little upset and initiated a refund for the third lunch pizza. I then asked her what good was that because I had to feed 3 grown men. So she refunded the whole order while saying that they couldn't make a bunch of lunch pizza's because if they didn't sell they'd be out money. I just shook my head because again I told her I would have bought the regular size pizzas. And I had to remind her that hot n ready isn't my business model, it's hers. To bad they are rarely hot n ready. Maybe that's why they lose money because 75% of the time, if not more, you have to wait for something that's marketed as being ready. I've walked in and out of so many Little Caesar's for not having a pizza ready that I'm done with them. If I was going to wait on food I'd opt for quality. It's either fast or good but rarely both. Change your business model if it's...
