Wendy, the manager of this location, is absolutely amazing!!! I had a not-so-great experience looking for boots for my wedding day at another location in town. I love Boot Barn so I decided to give this location a call. Wendy gave me some options over the phone and said I can come over. She said even if I can't find what I was looking for, we would look through the catalog together and find something I like. I got two pairs of boots, one for my engagement photos, and one for the wedding day. Wendy gave me fun options that would look great with my dress. We ended up going with RED boots for the big day, and black boots for my engagement photos. They are going to look so cool with my dresses. To top it all off, Wendy saw a mark on one of the boots. I didnt mind it, but she wanted to make sure my boots were perfect! She found that she has that same an hour away, and she is actually going to that location later today and getting them for me. I am so happy with the level of kindness and professionalism...

Friendly staff and largest selection of cowboy boots in one store that I've seen in Colorado Springs. All the boots are on display on the shelves, grouped by size, so there's no messing with boxes. Trying to find a size that fits is super fast and easy. If they dont have a style you like in your size, chances are good that they can order it for you. We've purchased 4 pairs of cowboy boots from boot barn in the last 3 months (for myself and three teenage kids) for use with horses and shoveling poop and outdoor ranch work, and everyone loves the look and feel of them. I went here to exchange my jeans after wearing them once and they ripped. Had called and visited two other stores saying they can do it but not having my size. After explaining I have been told it's possible to make the exchange and wanting to see if they had my size. The man helping me was very rude in how he talked to me, stated he would not take the jeans and had no idea why other stores lied to me. Not helpful at all and having worked with customer service he needs to work on how he presents himself.
