We usually have okay luck here, but tonight was pretty bad. Waited over 15 minutes for our order to get out to us. (Granted, there were two large family orders ahead of us so we understood.) However when the food arrived mine was barely warm and my wife's was cold. After waiting so long, we didn't even want to chance getting it corrected so we just ate it. My son and his girlfriend arrived to join us as our food arrived and placed their order. It took over 35 minutes to arrive! We had told them that the service was slow tonight, but it wasn't until we realized the time that we said something to an employee and they found the order. Turns out the staff placed their order on the delivery/pick-up table instead of the dine-in table. By this time the kids were going to miss getting to the store they were heading to that closed by 8, and the best we could get out of the employee was a "sorry about that." Besides the wait, here are a few other things worth noting: 1. The table for four we sat had not been cleaned but we dealt with it since it was slightly cleaner then the other two tables we wanted to sit at. Because of our wait we were in the restaurant for an hour. Right before we left someone finally came out to clean those two other tables. 2. The floor had multiple areas where food was spilled and left there. 3. There was no tea container set up. I asked one of the employees standing behind me in line for the soda machine if this was a Covid thing and he said yes. (I've been to plenty of restaurants during this "pandemic" and had never seen tea being on the Covid watch list.) 4. Finally, we were seated right next to the dine-in food pick-up table and we could barely hear them call out customer names. I get the Covid precautions, but it would be helpful if the employee could pull their mask out a little while they say the customer's name so we can hear. Also along that note, they spelled my son's name, Michael, as "Miackl IL" I have no clue how they would pronounce this, but had they actually made it sound like his name we might have actually heard it be called when they placed it on the wrong table.
I rarely complain about such things because we all have bad days, but this one was a little ridiculous. I think we are done going here for a...
Read moreThey changed their menu and got rid of my two favorite dishes. I was so disappointed to see that and completely taken aback. It took a while to order something and try to see what compared the most. My favorites were penne Rosa and Alfredo montamore.
I ended up ordering the creamy chicken Rosa rigatoni because it seemed the most comparable to the Penne Rosa. It tasted similar but not as spicy, and the chciken was over cooked, it was hard and not easy to chew. I also ordered the Koren meatballs. Those were amazing and tasted the same sweet and spicy. They didn't change those, thankfully. I am also so happy they did not get rid of the rice Krispy treat. They make some of the best ones! So sweet and soft! They pull apart easily and are easy to chew. The kids' meal now comes with 2 sides and a drink. The sides you can choose from are broccoli, applesauce, and rice Krispy. The drinks you can choose from are juice and milk. I do really like the new compostable packaging they changed to for the adult meals, so much better than waiting all that plastic. My boyfriend got the crispy chicken Alfredo because it seemed the most comparable to the Alfredo montamore, but it wasn't even close. The bacon overwhelmed the other flavors, the broccoli was soggy, and again, the chicken was overcooked.
The service was quick, and for how busy they were, I did not wait long for my order, I ordered to go. They answered all my questions and tried to recommend dishes based on what I loved. We really miss those 2 dishes, and without them, I don't see us...
Read moreLunch at Noodles seems harmless and filling at the same time. The Mac and cheese is, the Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken, a total waste of money. For the price you would think the chicken would be good and the Noodles would be lengthy. It was not so. The chicken was worse then a shoe. The edges were essentially burnt and dry as sandpaper. Probably from the smallest chicken in the flock. Not worth it. The Noodles were all broken as if they were over handled or mixed. Don't order the Pan Noodles. Absolute junk. We must have been there (11:30) at a starting time for employees. They would walk in and fill up with a drink at the machine. This cause a line of customers waiting since the employees would walk and just fill up, ignoring anyone in line. Rather rude in my opinion. Overall, I would say this Noodles is excessively over priced, and could care less about the customers. If you have another option, go there. If you really want to eat at this place, set your expectations on...
