Honestly, we love Noodles and so we were excited that one was going in near us but this location needs some training / help. We've been there at least 3 times and each time there are issues with our order. We are pretty chill when there is a mix up so I usually just ignore it, but we certainly hoped it would get better the next time we visited. Our recent visit prompted me to add a review. Uncooked masses of noodles, missing toppings, WAAAY to much sauce, using the wrong noodles and adding tiny amounts of proteins in just 1 order (4 dishes). Food from places like this should taste the exact same anywhere you go since its all made in a factory and the staff is basically just warming and mixing ingredients. The dishes we are so used to are just bad here.
It's kind of a different atmosphere in there too, most of the workers seem kinda stressed. Twice we've had cashiers get so flustered when we asked to sub noodles that I had to mention "its OK don't worry about it". I don't blame them though because if I had to bet, I would guess its a management issue. C'mon GM step...
Read moreNo complaints about the quality or quantity of the food. That said, these are absolutely Sysco bowls. They are neither insipid fare nor are they inspired, hand-crafted cuisine. We ordered 5 completely different bowls and had them all arrive at the same time 5 minutes later. If you believe there's a chef behind that magic and not a convection oven, you've never peeked behind the food service curtain. This, on its own, is not an indictment. The price tag unequivocally is. Ninety dollars for fast food is offensively preposterous - I'd expect to pay that at a bona fide dinner restaurant where the menu isn't on the wall. This isn't exotic; it's not haute cuisine. It's middle shelf microwave meals...

I waited 20 minutes, even ran to the cookie store still wasn’t ready finally, the manager came over to me and wanted to verify that I didn’t want Alfredo or any kind of sauce on my pasta. I said yes I want Alfredo. She said the cashier told her no she then went. And was fixing your order spoke with the employee, which he Loudly was saying, that I said I did not want alfredo , I never said to leave out the Alfredo and why would I since it was an...
