EDIT: It finally happened and we got regular whoppers instead of impossible. A few weeks ago, after having not done impossible whopper Wednesday in a while, we got two no mayo impossible whoppers, but they were not impossible - I felt something jagged like you get in real meat and sure enough the patty wasn't perfectly round like an impossible - it's not surprising having worked in fast food, mistakes happen - these were in impossible wrappers - I gave my whopper to my mom - husband just ate his, he eats way faster than me, and it's THAT hard to tell the difference - if you're an omnivore still reading, please try an impossible whopper for me in solidarity so I feel better about my experience, and restore some balance lost that day - you will probably not be able to tell the difference except less cartilage and a lighter conscience possibly idk - and support impossible whoppers because it's one of the few fast food veggies burgers left, theyre disappearing - support my right to also eat a sad processed diet and die of heart disease like an American - or maybe it's better this way and I should part ways with fast food, or at least take a break
Was not expecting the bad reviews - my own personal experience has been great (but do feel bad for those people who had bad experiences...) - bk is great for vegans and this one has nice workers - my bf and I get no mayo whoppers almost every whopper Wednesday (for like a year or longer I bet) - never had a problem, best day of the week, wish I could do anything else in my life as consistently - we've recently been going for breakfast french toast sticks and hash browns too which, there's nothing like it, it's so good - I don't want to mislead vegans and act like fast food places won't make mistakes and occasionally give you mayo or something, but at least on Wednesdays at this location, we feel very safe getting...
Read moreSome how this place is still open? I really don't understand how. The employees that do show up definitely don't want to be there. You can tell by the level of service, and quality you get. It's a complete joke. Someone should put up a big banner across the drive through blocking the ordering stalls that reads "Go away" to keep others from falling into this trap. You will wait anywhere from 15-35 min for any food. 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong, and you will be told to pull around front, this is the first part of the neverending wormhole. Everytime I have been they have the lobby closed and locked to customers. So even when they get your order wrong, and it will be. You can't even go inside for corrections. I had to pull around again to the drive through, and ask for my missing items. If your going to make people wait for sub par service, at least sprinkle on a little bit of effort. You might as well just install self service stations, and grills out front so we can cook our own food. Why does it always have to be the worst option that is closest, or most convenient to you that sucks the most? We work hard at our jobs so we can afford to stop by someplace of convenience along the way and get a decent meal. And it's quickly ruined with lack of respect, and shenanigans you get instead. It's a shame that corporate doesn't do anything about this, if my name was on the front of this place, and others were being intentionally taken advantage of, I would want someone to do something. Perhaps a local TV news station should do an investigation, and feature this non on local TV to warn others. Maybe then corporate will be like, well now we got do something I guess. How does someone drop over a million dollars on a location and be like, oh well it will work it's self out eventually. Absolutely...
Read moreThis has happened more than once here. Your employees always have you pay and pull around right away to the front, they tell you it will be about 3 minutes and then items are missing from the order when they finally come out after about 10 minutes. The employees are terrible and act like they don't care about customer service or accuracy when you go and knock on the locked dining room door to ask for what you paid for. They imply that they could not have made the mistake that you are letting them know about and you are trying to get free food when literally we just want what was ordered and PAID for already! I am so unhappy with this location and the unprofessional attitudes and service. It would be ok if they made mistakes and were decent or cordial or even had a sense of humor when approaching the situation but unfortunately they act like they do not like their job and customers, acting like uneducated victims that are going to do what they want and do not care if people enjoy the experience. I will NEVER go here again to see these nasty people on the night crew. I will not be surprised if you have to close down because your crew are the absolute worst I have ever encountered at any food establishment in my whole life and I believe they would probably neglect food safety where a customer can get sick with the despicable attitudes they give customers. Avoid this location, in my opinion if you value your time, health, stress level or safety. This location is an...
