Will not return to this store again. Will recommend to not continue purchasing Pizza Hut to everyone I can due to the ineptitude and arrogance of the staff at this location. They have yet to make an order right for more than a year and tonight was no exception. Ordered for delivery - app said delivery - had to go to the store to get the pizzas. The buffalo chicken pizza was wrong (as it normally is). Had to go back to ask for a receipt.
Nothing but attitude from the manager which escalated my attitude towards them. This person should not interface with customers as it represents Pizza Hut poorly.
The location has management and staff issues.

Read moreOrdered my pizza at like 5:30 / 5:45 ish. My pizza came to me wrong. Driver tried giving me excuses and stood at my door like I was just going to accept the wrong pizza. He said he would call it in and get one out to me right away. Apparently that didn't happen. 30 Minutes later I call in and NO-ONE knew of my order being wrong. Talked to a manager and he gave me the typical BS; we're busy, drivers are constantly out delivering, cant keep up with orders. So after a conversation with him I was told he was going to comp me 10 bucks and get me a new pizza. Here's the catch. If I don't use that 10 bucks in 30 days it disappears. their "system" erases it. Pizza finally arrived at 7:15. Cheese was hardening and was on its way to being cold. I should NOT have to microwave my pizza when it gets here! WHAT A JOKE....
Read morePlaced an order over the phone. Was told the total and the order was read back to me. When I went to pick up my pizza in the snow I was told that I didn’t call to place an order. I showed phone records and was very confused that my order had not been put in. After having to drive in the snow yes I was irritated that my order was not even put in the system. I asked for corporates number and the manger on duty’s name and for them to make my pizza.
