First time ordering from this store, we ordered 3 items for delivery, only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. Had to contact the store 11 times until someone finally answered if I waited for the auto attendant I would be transferred to the Pizza Hut call center, but they were unable to help with credit card credits or invoice voiding. They were only able to loop me back to the stores direct line, that again wouldn't answer until after 11 attempts. When they final answered i was greeted with "Chic-fil-A" how can i help. I questioned that and said I called "Pizza Hut", they corrected them selves, I found that to be odd. Told them that I had missing item from my order and simply asked to have the charge voided or credited back to me, after being put down several times as the associate consulted with whoever, I was told that they cannot do anything and I will have to contact the manager in the morning. I followed directions and once again, an hour after the location opened, i have to continue to call until someone answers, its been 5 times now and still can't get ahold of the locations store manager. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had from a reputable company. The items that did arrive was still warm and the timing of delivery was reasonable, however the food itself was underwhelming, ordered the new Hot Honey Pizza and probably won't order again, because it seemed be missing the Hot Honey portion, it was there but you would only get a couple bites of the ingredient, so in my opinion I wasn't impressed. Have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but this location may have turned me off from the brand, which is unfortunate and disappointing. I wish I could have provided a better review, but when you can't get any customer service, it is difficult to provide a positive review. I would be willing to change my review if Pizza Hut wants to try and correct this pain of a problem just to have the missing item credited back, not asking for a free meal, just want to pay for what I received. Read moreThis Pizza Hut is HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered a pizza and I went to pick it up in 15 minutes, when it was supposed be done. When I arrived the gal behind the counter just pulled my order and I was told it will be ready in 11 minutes. I sat there for another 25 minutes, while people kept coming from the kitchen and calling me other customers names., and even suggesting maybe I wasn't sure what my name was. 45 minutes after the pizza was ordered, it was handed to me by a young lady with ear buds in. When I asked why it took so long she told me it had only been in the warmer for a couple minutes. I the. asked is I had been waiting in the store for 25+ minutes, why had the pizza been in the warmer, then she snapped at me and told me "because she was busy in back cutting pizzas, that's why". As she completed the transaction, she started to crumple up the receipt, and when I asked her to not throw it away, just just tossed it anyway. I them asked her to print another, as I planned on leaving feedback, and when I got in my car I noticed she ripped the receipt just above the code to provide feedback. When I got home I called the store and asked to have a receipt reprinted, the same young gal told me she did not like my attitude and to never come back to Pizza Hut. To make things worse, the pizza was cold, so who knows it was sitting out before being handed to me. I called the customer service line 3 times asking to talk to the GM, and he/she has never called me back. I told them I am attempting this, rather than resort to social media, yet after three come to the Pizza Hut customer service line, they did not find this important enough to contact me back. Read moreFirst, I'm not one to send food back. I've worked in the industry for plenty of years and understand things happen, however customer service should always be a priority. The delivery driver was kind and understood that the pizza looked like it came straight from a concrete mixer (most of the pizza was on the top [inside] box). After they brought the 2nd pizza back ,total of 2 hours from point of purchase he did not offer any type of compensation for the hassle or time. I do not expect anything for free, however I do expect that pizza hut would have a better policy surrounding these circumstances. Well, turns out my expectations were higher than pizza huts standards regarding customer satisfaction. After a brief phone call with this fine establishment I was wrong on my assumptions again. The clerk was condescending on the phone and acted like my concerns were without merit. She asked if I received a new pizza, which I did, but thought that was enough to satisfy my complaint. After a 10 minute conversation she was able to give me a $10 credit (couldn't refund because they would have to email my credit union for a refund and would take "days"). I decided it wasn't worth anymore of my time and ended the call. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled and needless to say they will not have my business any longer. This may seem petty, but I am a very big believer of making things right for returning business/revenue. Reviews do show how a business operates and I should have put more trust in what others have said. Don't make this same mistake and find another franchise that holds this simple business...
