Worst experience as a first time customer. Placed a delivery order online to expect the food by 6pm. Nothing at 6:20. Called the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone just couldn’t understand us or help. She couldn’t even figure out whether we placed a takeout or delivery. She also had no empathy about this frustrating experience. She said nothing when we told her we wouldn’t be returning if this issue couldn’t get resolved. Two hours later, still no food. Called again to get a refund and she asked “so you want a carryout right”. Again she couldn’t understand or help us. She said the boss wasn’t there, and when we asked when the boss would be there, the call mysteriously dropped. We tried calling back and couldn’t get connected… guess we’ll have to file a chargeback with our bank if the manager doesn’t reach out by Monday morning.

Update: the manager did reach out and offered us a full refund plus a discount as an apology and we accepted it. The food tasted pretty good. We will only be doing takeout from...

I was doordashing today and I recieved an offer to pick up from CM chicken. I had never heard of the place before, so i figured it was new. When I went in, the lady at the front was kind and immediately asked if I was picking up for someone, and I said yes.

I mentioned that I had never seen the place before, and was wondering how long they had been open. I also mentioned that I love fried chicken and would be sure to stop by some day when I was not working to try it out.

The lady very kindly asked me if I wanted a piece of chicken to try, and I actually ended up being given 2 very tasty pieces and it made my day, since i had not had a chance to eat by that point. /

Let me tell you... I LOVE fried chicken. It is so hard to find a good fried chicken spot here in South Denver. So when I say this place is a breathe of fresh air, I am underselling them.

Located in a unpresuming hole in the wall spot, this fried chicken was tasty, juicy, and ultimately C R I S P Y. Hell they even cut the notches out of the top of the to go containers so your fried chicken stays crunchy and never soggy. That kind of attention to detail is what this place is about.

The Korean Auntie that served me was extremely nice and welcoming, and service was quick.
