Generally a big five guys fan, but this location in particular is consistently slow. Part of my last order wasnāt correct, no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Not a big deal just irks me that I paid extra for thatā¦
I donāt know if this is necessarily this locationās fault, but the online ordering really needs to reflect actual wait time. The app indicated my order would be ready in 8 minutes. Sent the order, then proceeded to the restaurant immediately (itās 10 minutes away from my house). Got a text from the store when I got close thanking me for checking in and that my food would be ready momentarily. Walked into the store and saw that they were busy, so I didnāt let an employee know I had arrived since I was just told via text that I was checked in. Waited 20 minutes in the store (standing right next to the counter) still didnāt get my food. Finally asked someone, and then my food appeared after another 5 minutes.
I understand that if itās busy, food will take longer to come out, just wish they would be more transparent about it. Wouldnāt have come to the store immediately if I knew my order was 30+ minutes out. Once I actually got the food it was fine (aside from the omission of bacon) which is why I still gave 3 stars.
Writing this review because itās probably the 5th time the experience has been like this specifically at this location. I loved the enthusiastic welcome when we walked in the door. It wasnāt one of those bored āhave toā things, this was REAL.
Shaun, the mgr, took our order. I have a few specifics which are hardly ever granted. Not because they arenāt entered correctly (I can see the screen on my side!), but because somewhere the specifics are lost.
Not knowing at the time that my order was being taken by the mgr, I said that I ask this every time, but itās RARE the request is honored. āIāll take care of it.ā Iāve heard that before too. But tonight, he went down the line with my burger making it was EXACTLY as I asked. NAILED IT.
Thanks to not only Shaun, but also Greg, Makayla, Scott and Tony for a perfectly executed meal, big olā smiles, and a genuine heart to serve! We are grateful!!

This location has started to have wildly unpredictable hours, which are not advertised online or known of in any way. Today we arrived shortly after 5, to a hand written sign on the door that says they close at 4. If you Google search this location, it says they close at 8. So there is no notice of you wasting 15 minutes each way driving there, unless you call ahead each and every time before you think about going there - can you say customer unfriendly?
Additionally, it looks like they literally close Tuesday and Wednesdays?! Also maybe Fridays? They are closed most of the week at this point. I would bet on them going out of business with those hours soon.
Not sure what happened and sad to see it happen as they used to have good food, but I can't keep driving out 15 min each way just to see a surprise "we closed at 4/we are closed all day today" paper sign.
