Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado

Make sure you check your delivery order for any dipping sauces you ordered, either online or over the phone. This is the 5th time this store has forgot to put our dipping sauces in with our order and we've called multiple times to let them know and it keeps happening. Very very frustrating! And their solution is to just have an "available" driver drive it out to us when they're in the area....really? We've done that before and it took another 30 minutes to get the sauces, and by then the food was already eaten. How about you have your drivers keep extra things like that in their car? That's what I used to do, just in case. Very disappointing and super frustrating, especially since we've reached out to the store each time and nothing changes. QC at this location seems to be lacking. I consistently receive pies with air bubbles, overcooked and even burnt crust. Pizzas look like they were sliced while wearing a blindfold, if I was even lucky enough to receive a pie that was sliced all the way through. Nothing like "tearing" a piece off that was attempted to be sliced at a much larger ratio than the others. Also, apparently when you order white garlic sauce you are indicating you dont want any toppings. Serious lack of ham and pineapple this last go around. I usually dont leave poor reviews, but enough is enough. This isnt a one time thing, its EVERY time I order from this location. They wanted a review and I would say that, overall, it is a pretty good app, nowhere near as entertaining as the dumpster fire that is the blackjack pizza app, but it mostly works as it should. It allows you to make orders easily and even has coupons in the app. My reason for deducting so many stars is that sometimes the coupons will say something like "Get 2 or more medium 3 topping pizzas for 7.99 each". When applied the coupon will start with 2 pizzas and allows you to add extra pizzas on, unfortunately it charges you 9.99 for each pizza you add without stating that. I didn't end up buying too many pizzas so it was pretty minor but is still annoying to be told you are getting one deal and then end up being charged more...
