As someone who grew up 30 minutes from where Dunkin Donuts originated in Massachusetts, I would say I am somewhat of a DD expert. I was VERY excited when this location opened near my home because I had been driving 20 minutes to another. I have been a frequent customer of THIS DD at least 3x per week since it opened, but as of now I AM DONE. I have complained MULTIPLE times about an absolutely AWFUL male employee who is somehow still employed here. He is an argumentative, disrespectful, balding and unclean white male in his late 30's. I am sick and tired of being called Hun and sweetie at this location by him even though I have told him directly to stop. That's sexual harassment, not something to refer to a customer as. I cannot stand that he does not write your coffee order on the cup like everyone else so when he makes it wrong, I have to argue with him about how it's not correct. (PS there is a decal on every window that says DD guarantees they will make your coffee right every time- THIS GUY IS EXEMPT) Additionally, I've been drinking DD coffee for 15 YEARS. I think by now I am capable of telling someone EXACTLY how I like it and EVERY TIME he takes my order he tries to suggest or recommend I order it a different way. I DO NOT GIVE A $H*T how this pretentious idiot likes his coffee. Who does he think he is?! Just take order, push button, make it the way I ASKED, let me pay and leave. I am also sick and tired of his disgusting hoodie covered in cat/dog hair. Why is he the only person NOT in uniform?! He is the WORST DD employee I have ever come across and I will be making 100% sure corporate DD sees this because nothing has been done about him after I have completed multiple receipt surveys about this problem employee as well as called to the store directly to complain. I would like to note that I have received PERFECT orders without any issue from other people who work at this location. However, I will not be back here until this garbage of an employee is let go and stops tarnishing the DD brand and experience. He is dirty, he makes me uncomfortable and I am not going to continue to argue with a minimum wage person being rewarded for their horrendous work ethic when DD should be rewarding those who enhance their customers experiences! PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER! This guy is the WORST!...
Read moreSuper annoyed with this location. I went one day to get my frozen mocha coffee and they tell me they can’t make it for some reason but I could get an iced coffee... okay? Second time, I didn’t get a chance to make breakfast and coffee at home before work so I stopped to get a coffee and sandwich, they tell me they can’t make anything expect for coffee and donuts because construction.... makes no sense but okay, I’ll just take my coffee.
Today I get off work around 3:30 PM and go to grab a frozen mocha coffee, I order, pull up to the window and the guy says “oh I’m sorry, I forgot but we can’t give you the frozen coffee. We cleaned all the gunk out of the ice machine so it’s empty now. I can get you a hot coffee though.” Um it’s 80 degrees out, I want an iced coffee.
First of all, start putting signs on your menu where you order so that people will know ahead of time. And second, why the hell are you cleaning the ice machine at 3:30??? I work in a restaurant and we clean the ice machine as part of our closing duties. Why would you empty it out when you’re still open?
I pull out of the drive thru to see people walking to their car with 2 iced coffees....
This location needs to get it together. It seems like the crew is just lazy, want to get off their shift quickly, and don’t want to actually work because their excuses for stuff make no sense to me. Think I’ll just stick to Starbucks from now on, as I’ve never been told they couldn’t make something. Dunkin has been unable to do so THREE TIMES in the past month. Starbucks is on my way to work and I go out of my way to Dunkin because I like their stuff a little bit better, so going out of my way just to be told they can’t do something is a...
Read moreWe live down the street and go through the drive thru more often than not but the other day my 3 year old wanted to go in. As a kid it's cool to go sit in the lobby and enjoy a donut. I walk in and ask for a chocolate donut with sprinkles and the girl at the counter says,"We're out" and so I ask for a maple one and a milk and she rings us up and we wait, and wait a good 10 mins goes by and she comes back and says we're actually out of all donuts so I can refund you. I ask surprisingly," You're out of ALL donuts". Which she replies yes and I'mnot sure how much longer it will be. I proceed to the counter where she tells me it's gonna be returned to my card. I told her I paid cash and she gave me a look like I was making her job harder. She only refunds the donut because my son was drinking the milk. After how long we waited it would have been nice to refund the couple more dollars for the milk. I walk to the table where my son was finishing his milk and I can hear the staff in the back say," Well if he can't understand the time donuts need to cook then he can leave". I didn't even do anything for the staff to be so rude. I asked for the manager and she said I am one of the managers. So I asked for the phone number I can call and she gave me a sticky note with a name and phone number. I get to the car to call and it is just the store I ask for a manager and the girl says there isn't a manager here so I hung up. We went next door to the king soopers gas station and the customer service was amazing, nice and...
