Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Colorado

I can say with certainty (I have been in for a breakfast sammich every Monday/Wednesday/Friday for the past month) this place has turned around since any previous reviews about cleanliness or poor performance. Chris, the manager, has done something right. Every single one of the staff is friendly, they put effort into everything they do, the place is clean. Solid 5 star performance. Remember these are kids (I’m an old man lol) and human, give some grace if something has a mistake, just as you would ask for grace for your mistakes. Thus far I haven’t had a single mistake or issue but if one were to arise I am comfortable with the knowledge that I could respectfully approach any of the staff or manager with the issue and it would be resolved. In a troubled world give some grace and receive it in turn, but definitely 5/5 performance here. Also turkey sausage breakfast sammich on 6 cheese bagel is not only fire but has an excellent protein to calorie ratio for the fit focused Viking....

When I come in I’m usually spending $30-40 on orders, I’ve been coming to the location 10+ years only had a few issues in the past, they were resolved but issues are more than 4 times but haven’t had any since, until a recently visit this past friday. Service was fine, but the food I ordered was bad but wasn’t worth the money I paid for.. Nova Lox barely had any salmon on it it’s like I paid $10 for a bagel with smear onions and capers, my friend had ordered a breakfast sandwich with 2’eggs and he didn’t really get a 2nd egg, he got barely even half a 2nd egg.. not trying to be harsh but skimping on a $30+ dollar order isnt really good for business.. Would give it zero if possible. I ordered CURBSIDE because they have it as an option on their website, I sat in my car for 30 minutes because my screen said a crew member would be out shortly.. after calling 15 times with no answer, I finally ran inside to get a order that was sitting on the “order ahead” rack in which my food was cold. I asked them to remake my food because it was cold and soggy and I got laughed at. How lazy do you have to be to not just run out to someone’s car when your restaurant offers curbside. Take it off the website if you guys aren’t going to have employees do their job.
