I come here regularly 2-5 times a week. I've always been treated amazing by Gen... However, today I received terrible customer service. I always purchase the same two items and use a bogo coupon that I get as part of the Verizon Hum app. I've never once had an issue with it. Today, the manager Chris Woods gave me the stinkeye when I walked in and no one said hi to me, just "what do you want" from the lady rolling my burrito. Very rude, but I figured what the heck she's probably just having a bad day. Then when I go to pay, and provide my coupon to the cashier the manager Chris Woods walks over and says he won't be taking any coupons anymore. I told him I use this coupon and patron this store regularly and have some so for over a year with no problems. He got very rude and said "wow. Well not here. You didn't do it here... It's expired (it isn't)... You can't just always have a coupon" (you can with the free Verizon Hum app). He got an attitude not becoming of the general manager and I'm a regular.... But maybe not anymore. Why should I give you my money if you don't care about customer service? I said I hope you have a good rest of your day to him and the cashier and Chris just said "wow... The two female - one blond and one brunette with a long braid - and a young male employee, refused to refund me the difference between what I should've been charged and what I paid. They were all extremely rude and didn't even pretend like they wanted to help me or look into the issue. I declined the paper receipt when I made my purchase, which turned out to be a big mistake. They claimed to have no way to view past transactions until I questioned it, to which the employee said, "well, I CAN, if you really want me to..." like I was a total inconvenience, and proving that she was lying to me in the first place. She also claimed there are no timestamps on their transaction records and no way of seeing what was ordered without the itemized receipt, so the fact that I presented my recent Google Wallet transaction showing the amount, date, and time was irrelevant. Read moreIf I could give this location and staff a zero I would. I came in the other night and the place wasn't busy so I thought I'd get good service. The girl whom took my order kept having an attitude. Then I think a possible manager took over. He was being so stingy on the amount that it wasn't even one full scoop, more like half. When I asked for another scoop I got attitude and he barely added more. The area where was the food was so gross. Dried food all along the counters, the food looked old, especially the meat and food all over the floor, etc. While waiting for my turn to get more ingredients, the possible manager was fulfilling another order. He did the same with this to go order. It called for sour cream, he attempted to use it but it seemed to be out, so instead of getting more he let it sprinkle out and then covered it up with lettuce. When I went to check out, I again received attitude from him. As I walked to get my drink, I noticed how dirty the seating area was, even where it says the seats were closed.
