It was 9:20pm on Tuesday night. I went in to find a very hostile, upset, angry acting employee. At first he wouldn't even acknowledge I was there, then when i inquired about how much extra the chocolate covered waffle cone was he said. "I don't know, I have to check." Then proceeded to ask my husband what he wanted to order. He ignored me the entire time, completed my husband's order. Then I had to ask him again how much it was, like I wasn't able to afford it or something? Anyway, he tells me$1.69 I add it to my order. He literally attacks the world class chocolate carton getting my scoop out he was so angry. At the end of the order, I asked him, what his name was .He said " Chris". I asked who his manager was, he said " no one". I asked who the owner was he said "Marla but she, ain't ever here" I asked who overseees you? He said " no one". ... Am I crazy or is this guy utterly the worst Baskin Robbins employee I've ever met? He gets an upsale, ignores the customer and lies about his manager and the owner of the store. Chris.. I think you should be fired. But, I'm thinking your parents own the store and they are making you work for a living and that's why you are so angry. Well, props to your parents and get over yourself either way.. I'm never going back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately not a good experience. We wanted a rootbeer float and she said they were out of rootbeer. She said they could use another soda if we wanted. They did not have Coke so we reluctantly said Pepsi would be ok. When we got to the drive thru the girl tried to give us the float but I could see that they used diet Pepsi. She said that that was all they had and that I could go buy a root beer somewhere and pour it in the ice-cream cup. I said I didn't want it and she apologized. She had already charged my card $17 and some change. She gave us our other items. 2 scoops of ice-cream (which were alot smaller than in the past) she wanted to send me on my way with no rootbeer float and I told her that I wanted a refund on my rootbeer float. So she gave me back $8 in cash. Which was not correct either but I accepted it. Disappointing. The girl was young, so I understand the learning curve but they were out of rootbeer the last time we wanted a rootbeer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not impressed, went here for the first time and I guess I should of read the reviews before I got here but at last did not. Quality of product was good but service was terrible took over 30 mins to just get my order. I was the only one in the drive thru, no cars in front, took my order of a small chocolate shake with easy but to fulfill was terrible. Took just 10 mins for someone to come to the window and for me to pay and then another 20 mins or so to give me my shake. Again no one in front of me and I can see clearly through the window that they didn't have a lot of business or rush, so what took so long? And a lot of these reviews are that there are kids running the store front and no real oversight, so suggestion if you want faster service I guess go inside since they like to make a lot of their drive thru business wait. Other than that...
