Most of their problems could be solved by proper staffing at peak hours. We went tonight on a Friday evening and it was basically one girl being the host, server, busser and probably doing some of the cooking in the back. I kinda felt bad for her as she seemed to be the only waitstaff on hand. One of the people in our party got a dish that they didn't even order but we all agreed it wasn't even worth picking a battle about as they were so short staffed. I will say however that the food was amazing. The Chicken Enchiladas were very good. And everyone who I ate with tonight thought their food was also great. Place has a weird layout. It felt as if we were dining in the lobby or some kind of foyer. Lighting was dim and inconsistent. It felt like we were off in some dark corner of entrance hall. i guess it just made for an odd atmosphere. Food really was amazing, but everything else was rather underwhelming. 3 stars and that's really because the food was great but the experience as a whole was lacking truly great in the service aspect of things, but the service could easily improve by hiring a host/hostess and bussers, allowing the wait staff to focus in on doing their job...
Read moreThis place is terrible. Not only did they charge my family a gratitude charge (tipping themselves) on separate checks their food made us all sick to our stomachs. You aren't aloud to tip yourselves if its separate tickets. I paid an extra 7$ on my bill for only two people. That was for all of us so they took an extra 21$ from our group. They were also training which didnt bother me as much because people have to learn but they were constantly forgetting stuff and re asking what we ordered and wanted. I've never spent 41$ at a restaurant for just two people. They have poor customer service and their food isn't that good. All employees were on thier phone at one point or another in front of customers. I work customer service and being a boss that is NOT aloud. Way to make some extra money off of people because we came in with a bigger group but had separate tickets. I could understand maybe a 3$ tip on the bill but not 7$. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to spend more then what the food and service is worth. If I could give it 0 stars...
Read moreI hadn't eaten here in quite a while, so I didn't know what to expect.The place was empty as they had just finished with a "Mad Rush". The three of us were seated in a large booth with padded seats which seemed comfortable, but after an hour or so made you want to finish dinner quickly. the servers we're very attentive and accommodating. drinks, appetizers, and food orders were all taken care of. Then the place started to get really busy. a half an hour went by and no food. We ended up waiting 50 minutes before our food came. my son's stuffed Super Pia what's quite as he remembered it. but it was good none-the-less. my daughter-in-law's pork and avocado burrito was "Amazing." She had never had one before (Texas/Georgia). both of these entrees were smothered in a medium hot green chili which I would rate at about 2. now mine, their idea of a taco salad leaves much to be desired.
