I have been frequenting your restaurant since I moved here 7 yrs ago and have always found it to be a good experience. That just changed. About a week ago, I was told to eat in the restaurant which is what I always do, I must use the kiosk. No more counter service. I'm a senior and I believe you'll see less and less of people my age. You lose confidence as you grow old and the kiosk is intimidating to many of us. I understand your reasoning, its just pure greed. People may order more when they see more options. I get it, but you are turning away many and I think your bottom line will go down, which is what you deserve! If I'm going to get a reply, don't pass the buck and blame corporate. You are McDOnalds so take responsibility. I"m in my seventies andf have always McDOnalds, probably have spent a huge amount of money over the year. I was told that an employee would help me at the kiosk and she did, but I'm not going to make myself a nuisance. I eat at McDonalds about 5 times a week. I have an inkling that your experiment wii fail and the counter registers will reopen in time. But, I fel unappreciated and betrayed. If and when that happens, I'm out. Read moreI went here for breakfast the other day. Every time I have been to this location I've ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on A BUN. When I asked for it at the drive thru the man said "we don't make it that way.." I said "every time I've been here, they've done it for me." So he asked and said "ok yes we can.." I was not rude or anything. I drove off and my breakfast was given to me in the pics pictured. I called back and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager and I told him I had just been in there and I ordered breakfast and it was burned.. and he said "oh the one on the bun, yeah I burned it because you were rushing me.." 😳😳😳😳 wow, just wow!!! I did get upset and said..: how hard is your job to make breakfast on a bun??! NEVER did I rust him!! Plus I ordered sausage, not ham. I am in customer service and have been for 15 plus years as a bartender.. I would never ever say something like that nor would I send off food like that! If you won't eat it why would you ruin someone's morning and send it off like that. Read moreSo this is the first time I visited this McDonald’s today in 2 years. Overall I dined in and got the double Big Mac attack I mentioned when I ordered I wanted them plain only cheese with bbq sauce. I chose to dine in by the way. Cups were not stocked as she had to go to the counter next to the drive there window.
As I went to fill up my Diet Coke at the machine it gave me Dr Pepper. When I got my food which came in a (bag not a tray) the fry’s were unbearable cold and extremely salty. As I went to try to get ketchup they didn’t have ketchup or napkins.
Then I opened my Big Mac and it of course had everything on it. At this point I was done. They hadn’t changed the soda machine for 10 mins at this point. So when I asked for the manager then the soda machine was magically changed! Manager came across sarcastic, tried to make excuses for why they weren’t doing their jobs and tried to down play it.
I then handed her pretty much all my food and asked for a full refund. Also should be mentioned Libby and bathrooms were disgusting. They were way over staffed and talking to one another than handle basic job functions. It will be another 2 years...
