My husband loves jerky and I found this place while visiting before Christmas last year. I bought one of everything for a jerky gift basket. Fast forward 7 months and I’m happily back. Just cleaned him out of the green chili flavor, sorry to anyone that came in after me today looking for it!!

Mike has ruined all beef jerky for me. Since first trying this stuff years ago I haven’t found anything even close in quality or flavor. If you have the opportunity to go here I would seriously recommend it. Mike is a genuine pleasure to interact with even aside from the world class jerky he makes.
