Munch A Sub — Restaurant in Colorado

Closest place to my work, typically takes 20-25 minutes to order there so I tried the online pickup order this time.. BIG MISTAKE. Got a call first to ask what side, like that matters as those are ready when I walk in, fine, whatever, it was a real human, but unnecessary. Then I get a ready for pickup in 10 minutes message, great, I walk over. No. I show up in about 6 minutes of the 10 and proceed to have 3 more people order at the counter, a Philly, a meatball, and a 7" French dip. I sit down and am never acknowledged, figure they will call my name, text, or call out order when it's ready. Now she comes out and says they are out of French dip meat for the last guys 7", then says no hang on, and then says nevermind. After the meatball comes out before mine 15 minutes now, she says the 10" French dip (mine) is almost ready. Then it comes up and is given to the person who ordered a 7" and I ask where is mine that's now 20 minutes late! She hands me another one then, but at this point my quick lunch is now over 40 minutes waiting for meh quality food. I doubt I will return even with it being next door after...

OMG! Seriously! That was easily the best burger I've had in I can't remember when!!! I'm so used to bland bs from burger king or McDonald's.... I would say it compares to fatburger but would say it's even better! I haven't had fatburger in a few years because they're prices went through the roof... I think the only location is by my house at Alameda and sable... but WOW it was cooked perfectly and the avocado bacon and pepper Jack (I think) cheese was incredible together. The fries are the best fries I've had anywhere hands down! I was so full after those 2 items but had to try the spicy mac and that is delicious too! Ima finish it for dinner! Thank you so much you guys really are badass! I wanna try the smothered breakfast burrito next but part of me wants another California burger!! 🤗🍔 I'll let you know tomorrow!.... actually I think I'll have the breakfast burger with fries.... I wanna get that'n on Thursday if that's ok... I'll give you the 💵 tomorrow!! Thanks! You guys are awesome!!

The prices displayed boldly on the wall are not the current prices apparently, although the difference isn't by much. The young lady was very nice but when she pointed that out, it puts her in an awkward position as its poor customer service to have false advertising for prices, and she seemed uncomfortable. I got a grab & go breakfast sandwich & latte & somehow it came to $17. Sandwich being $6, and latte being unchanged for almond milk, and extra shot of espresso. They have a good looking menu & stuff made for quick grab & go. But here's some downfalls for it's coffee offerings: only have reduced fat milk & almond milk; espresso shots can only be made as doubles so you cannot just add a single shot to any drink. They will charge you for 2 & only allow you to order that way. They also unchanged for almond milk although they do not offer non fat or other non dairy options. *biggest issue with this place is location they are doing themselves a disservice by being hidden down in the corner of a basement.
