Nice outdoor dining ambiance. Nacho plate was HUGE, but just okay. Chicken on the nachos was cold. Wings were good. Service was SLOW. Our waitress was watching the hockey game and neglecting her tables. We waited almost 20 minutes for her to initially come to our table. She also had to come back because she couldnt remember what we irdered and didn't write it down. In the meantime, waiting for her to initially come to our table, we looked at their menu online and decided what we wanted. The two things I wanted weren't on the current menu. 🙄 Annoying. Update your online menu, please, get to your tables faster, put a QR code on the tables for the menu, or take your menu offline...something.

A cool spot to hang out, it is in the Hilton hotel and right on the golf course. The place is nice and would be a cool night spot. I wasn't so happy with the wings or fries, but I will go back to check out the few other menu items they do have. It's breck so they have good beer and decent wiskey. If you play golf. This is a super cool place to get something to eat and drink before getting back to the links. The outdoor area is awesome with plenty of space, fountains and a cool pond.

This Breckenridge Brewery is inside the Hilton Inverness. They have ample beer selection and even a few cocktails. I got their fish and chips and washed it down over a couple beers (they had the Inverness lager which is a location special) over live music. After the meal, we had dessert at the hotels bar and got another drink. Can’t say enough about the convenience, accessibility and quality of the food and staff (hotel and brewery both).

I love the other Breckenridge Breweries, but not this one. We chose to sit inside to avoid the sun—we were celebrating my birthday. There were only about 10 people inside besides our group, and I counted three servers or bartenders. We picked a booth in the corner.

It took 15 minutes for a server to come over. After finding out they were out of Avalanche (how it's their flagship brew), we waited another 10 minutes just to get our drinks. My daughter’s glass arrived with food specks stuck to the inside, and my beer was flat. My wife’s beer was warm. When the servers finally returned to take our food order, we showed her the dirty glass and mentioned the issues with both beers. That’s when we learned another server had poured the beer into a warm glass—something they were apparently aware of and yet still served anyways.

The server said she would remove the drinks from our ticket and needed to find a manager. At that point, we had been there for over 30 minutes and still hadn’t placed our food order. Since they had already agreed not to charge us for the flat/warm beer and dirty glass, we were hungry and there was no way we ever plan to...

I’m not the most critical person but Holy Shnikes! My wife and I are spending the first night of our 25th anniversary back where it all started when this was The Scanticon. We were shocked that the bar moved from the ‘spotted dog’ to the newer Breckenridge Brewery bar. We had a solid idea of what we wanted and our amazing bartender (Thomas) cemented the idea with his recommendation of the ‘pub fish and chips’ as well as the ‘Grilled cheese and tomato bisque’ I don’t remember having such amazingly elevated bar food. Kudos to the Chef! If you haven’t tried this or it has been quite a while, this is the place to go. I cannot say enough about the great music, food, service, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and feeling of satiated bliss. We will be back for sure and bringing friends!

I got the whiskey sour and it was a generous pour of JW Black. Just like I pour them...
