I rarely ever write reviews, but the service I received at this Noodles location was so ridiculously awful that I have to tell others.
My fiancé ordered Pad Thai with chicken. The receipt says we were charged for chicken, however there is no chicken in her bowl. This is only one of multiple things that went wrong with this order.
I walked in and said “is it possible to do the chicken parm with the spicy Italian sauce instead of the regular?” Not a crazy question, one would think. I’ve gotten the exact same order at this location before. The clerk proceeded to tell me they did not have a spicy Italian sauce. I said I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten it here before, is maybe called something different? She asked her manager, and they both confirmed there was no spicy red sauce. I went to the menu, and read them the description “spicy creamy tomato sauce”. I said that’s what I want. They said “Oh, the Rosa. We can’t substitute the Rosa on the chicken parm.” I said okay, I guess I’ll just take the regular sauce.
Then, after we paid, I asked the clerk what possible pasta could I have gotten with the Rosa? She said “oh, you can get any pasta with it, we just can’t substitute the chicken parm”…. So, I could have gotten all of the ingredients of the chicken parm (penne, chicken & cheese) in a bowl with the spicy creamy sauce. But they never presented that as an option! They could have just said “you can do a create your own bowl with the spicy sauce and the chicken and the penne?” It could have been so simple. Not only did they not know their own menu, but the lack of care that the customer didn’t get what they wanted was astonishing.
Then, a small thing, but to add to the idiotic nature of my visit: my fiancé clearly said “to go” when asked “for here or to go?” The clerk handed us a number, and I thought it was odd that we received a number for a to go order, but I didn’t say anything because I was already annoyed by the previous interaction. Turns out she rang it in as dine in, so we had to put lids on everything and bag it ourselves. Again, not a huge deal, but just shows the general lack of attention to detail from the clerk.
I love Noodles, but I’ll definitely go to other locations...
Read moreI have used this location for a while and have never had any issue until my last visit a couple weeks ago. I ordered my food and was going over the veggies included because the woman taking the order seemed to be struggling. She rudely cut me off and said 'I know what's in it I have to enter them separately ' I ordered a special way due to a very bad allergy to mushrooms. Got my food loaded with mushrooms! Took it back to have her be rude again. Got the re order now missing the cheese. Asked for that and to go boxes because I had eaten several bites before I saw the mushrooms and was already starting to itch. The manager on duty didn't speak to me even though he was aware of what was happening. The only person who asked if I was ok was a customer! Now 10 days later after being promised a full refund as well as gift card's I'm told today that for some unknown random reason my refund didn't process and I'd now have to wait an additional week for a check. Gift card's supposedly mailed last week still aren't here I guess because of the holiday! So I am out almost 50$ itched and was sick for 2 days. Got treated badly like I was trying to get free food and actually had the rude employee say she read back my order and when said that wasn't true rolled her eyes huffed her breath and walked away. Super disappointed and will definitely not visit this location again. FOOD ALERGYS ARE REAL AND PEOPLE CAN DIE. Be sure to have your order read back and check it before eating if you suffer from an allergy because that careless employee failed me and could fail...
Read moreI ordered a pick up on 6/22. They had 40 minutes to make food for 2 people. It was very close to closing and I hate doing that. Anyways I get there with 15 minutes left till close and I tell the cashier, who had was a little taller than 5'5 and had glasses and thin brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, that I have a pick up order. From the moment I got there she looked fed up that I was even there. She grabbed my bag and handed it to me and said "here you go." My mom asked me to see if I could get extra sause for one of our items. She called me so I wasn't at home and of course I didnt have my card with me, but I thought I had Google pay. She said it was going to cost extra which was fine, till I saw that I didnt have my card in Google pay. I call my mom and ask her to grab my card to get my number. (I paid for our food which was around 35 dollars, so she felt bad) She changes her mind because she didnt want me to pay anymore for her. I tell the cashier that she changed her mind and I apologize to her. She pushed the X on the pin pad, turned around and yelled to her co works in a really upset and high enough volume so i could hear that she was upset, "she changed her mind, she told me she didnt want it" as I walk out. I work in the service industry and no matter how mad someone makes me I don't ever treat them with disrespect to their face or if they can hear me. The food was good but the potstickers...
