Horrible service and refuse to come back to this location. Last day of $20 family deal and spent 45 minutes online trying to order. Called this location twice with no answer and the lone tree location once and spoke to an employee there. I explained i couldn't get the online to work for 45 minutes and i was told keep trying. I then went to this location thinking i might be able to go and order no luck. I go in the they have to dining room completely blocked off. One employee is sitting down eating and a female employee comes to talk to me. I explain again i couldn't get the online to work and could i just get the $20 deal in person since i was there. No luck i could get it for $35 no exception. When i asked to speak to some one else due to the fact i could only truely understand about one in ten words of what she was saying she got physically upset and was trying to put gloved hands on her hips to show she was upset. Read moreEverytime I go in there I order a 3 entree and I am asked if I want the 3rd entree in the main take out box, or a separate small box. I always choose the small box for the 3rd entree even if it’s the same protein. Today I ordered a 3 entree and I said they could put it all in one box. No problem. Then I ordered a 2 entree with two sides noodles and white rice and I asked to please put the noodles in a small separate container. Well I guess I asked for way too much because Debbie the Manager said Pandas can’t do that as it has to be in the same container???????? Really Debbie, you guys do it ALL THE TIME. I guess I asked for too much. I guess Pandas can’t afford to give me a 2 cent box for my noodles. Well Debbie I’m done with Pandas. The food is ok for fast food but I can see why employees look miserable working at this location. Read moreI love that we got a drive-thru Panda, and while the drive thru can be slow, it’s usually worth it. but Alexis working the drive thru at noon today needs to pay better attention to both the customers and what she’s doing. She went to hand me my lemonade and let go before I had really grabbed it and it dropped onto the window and opened into my lap. When I looked up she had walked away to run my card and I’m not sure she even noticed what had happened. I was in tears when she returned and asked for napkins, which she handed me a small stack of, and then left the window again. I drove off crying, devastated because I figured my favorite pair of shorts was totally ruined, only to discover the little that was left in the cup was water! Thankfully my car and I are not a sticky mess but it could have meant a total detail for me and I paid for a Large drink that was A) water and B) spilled all over me.
