I came here as a customer about three to four times. The staff is friendly and not judgmental. They even take time to small talk with me about how my order was. They have a clean bathroom. I love listening to the music when I come into this restaurant.
For today's services I order a Refresh shot, it was blue and had lime, ginger, and blue spirulina. They had about halve of their seats filled. This place is children friendly, they have both like seating, they do have a high chair available. I noticed my food was a little slow to get to me but it is worth the wait. The staff hand delivered the food to me. This place can be accessible for people who are handicapped. This location doesn't have automatic doors for wheelchair accessibility, please be patient the community here will open the door for people in general.
This place is clean and it is light and I love the Toast varieties they serve here. This time I got the spicy crab. I am not longer vegetarian, but the do have vegan and vegetarian options here that are available.
I like how the I can see the mangers/ supervisors actually working and helping their team members with orders and food preparation.
Not all places are perfect they forgot about my order and someone came to me and explained the delay of my food. I like a business who owns up to there mistakes. I never made any gestures to show I was being impatient or that I have forgotten. They have fresh juice and food, they ingredients are good quality and they have additional ingredients that they can add to your drinks, like collagen, vitamins, and...
Read moreIncredibly delicious, healthy, and filling! I have eaten here three times now, and every time has been amazing. I am thrilled to have such a high quality dining option in Highlands Ranch.
I have tried the Avocado Smash toast (avocado, marinated tomatoes, watermelon radish, micro greens, and special seasoning). It was out of this world good and I was full in a comfortable and lasting way afterward.
Next, I tried the Tuscan Tuna toast (tuna, bibb lettuce, kalamata olives, capers, tomato, herb lemon vinaigrette, balsamic glaze, lemon wedge). It was also delightfully tasty and made me feel healthy after eating it. I would definitely get it again.
Finally, I tried the spicy crab toast (lump crab meat, bibb lettuce, sriracha aioli, tomatoes, jalapeno, melted cheese). I devoured every bite! The flavors melded so perfectly and had just the right amount of spice without overpowering the other flavors.
I have also tried a couple of their juices. I wish I could remember their names, but suffice it to say they were super fresh, tasty, and took care of my vitamin cravings!
Everything here is made in-house and is super fresh. The ambiance is so welcoming and serene; it has beautiful herringbone white tile against the wall, wood accents, and is generally very pretty inside. The owner is super nice and friendly. It's definitely my favorite restaurant in Highlands Ranch, I highly...
Read moreVisited for first time 3/1 about 11:30. Ordered an avocado smash with poached egg & cortado. While my roommate ordered a smoked salmon with poached egg & bottle of sparkling water. They brought our toast with only one egg. They said they were working on the other poached egg & when brought to us it was watery & no solid egg white in the cup. Really was gross though my egg was perfect. I mentioned it when they brought my cortado & handed it back saying this is not poached. They took the cup & mentioned it to the other 2 workers. No one came by to bring new or even attempt to apologize, they didn’t even attempt to remake or refund. Grant it only $2 extra but the toast is pricey at 12-18. The salmon also was old so my roomie picked at it & my avocado a little over salted but I ate it just took some off. The concept was good but 3 very young ppl who seemed to have no leadership to bring out such a bad egg and then not offer to fix it. Very...
