I visited the store on a Monday afternoon, and the store was very busy. Plenty of students and work-from-homers; in hindsight, it was probably their after school rush. Despite the high volume capacity, I was able to take advantage of the Starbucks mobile application to order my drink ahead of time- which I must say, is quite nifty! Iām not too tech savvy at my 62 years young age point but I do love a GREAT rewards program. š I ordered a hot Pike Place blend black coffee for myself (that should tell you how old I am š), and a Caramel Macchiato for my lovely granddaughter. Upon arrival, I made the unfortunate realization that my idiocracy led me to order a HOT drink! Can you believe it? On top of that mishap, I realized I had also ordered at the Red Cedar Boulevard location JUST down the road. Oh, best believe my sweet little Graciela didnāt let me hear the end of it, God bless her heart. Continuing on, I approached a lovely young man to assist me with my order and convert the hot drink to a cold drink, which he so graciously did with a bright and pearly smile. The young man, if I remember correctly, was named Tuhin and he was so kind and efficient in getting me and my granddaughter our much desired drinks! He really put a smile on my face and even told me how to order for next time⦠š Oh boy, do we need more employees like this young MAN! The espresso in the macchiato, I must say, was also very up to par with my standards. Fun fact, I actually worked with local Colombian coffee roasters in the 90ās running a coffee distribution company- so I know whatās the real deal. š This is by far the BEST Star Bucks location I have visited throughout my coffee drinking days, and will be back to visit often! The service was amazing, and the drinks were outstanding (comparatively speaking). A note to the General Manager- keep on DAZZLING with your flourishing business! Your managerial expertise clearly shines through the immaculate customer experience and makes your store, simply one to take immense pride in. Iām usually rolling in with a 15ā22 drink order (I panic each time I come in with my listā¦thatās on me⦠they never let me know theyād like me to take a hike š ), and this location never misses a beat.
The crew here is seriously amazing. Iāve never waited more than 10 minutes after getting my receipt, which is wild considering how many drinks theyāre cranking out for me. Theyāre fast, friendly, and just all-around awesome.
Shoutout to some of my favoritesāEmily, Samantha, and Antoniaāwho always greet me with such good vibes and big smiles. And I have to say, there are a bunch of new faces lately, and every single one of them has been super kind and on point. Lisa, who I always see training, is definitely doing something right with training because I always come back amazed with how quick everyone catches on!

Went here about a month ago and had a very simple order through the drive-thru. They messed it up a total of three times, and when I was very kind about asking for it to be remade, the guy at the drive-thru window acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of his entire life. Iāve been in customer service, food particularly, and this service was abhorrent.
Fast forward to the other day, I reluctantly came through the drive-thru here again. Placed my order, as I get to the window I see⦠Alex⦠Iām very friendly and say āhelloā and get nothing. I say āthank youā after getting my drink, and I get an eye roll and the drive-thru window slammed in my face. Now, while Iām not trying to be BFFS with these Starbucks workers, thereās human decency, respect, and customer service that should be accounted for.
