I’m done giving these people the benefit of the doubt. I get it, it’s tough, but we all literally worked in fast food at one point or another and I’m done treating this location with sugar sweet patient and politeness when it is not returned. Ever.
I HAVE to check my bag at the drive thru because they ALWAYS forget at least one item. I’m polite and understanding and I wait while my food gets cold and my drinks start to melt. My patience and respect is always met with sighs of frustration as if it’s my fault they messed up my order
Today I had enough. I got home, thinking everything was fine since the amount was correct. No. I ordered supremes. I received regulars. I am 2 person household. I don’t order crazy amounts of food. I try to keep it to two simple types of food and they still mess it up
I drove all the way back, was calm and direct. I asked the manager if I could get it all remade except for one item because luckily my child was able to eat a warm one before I noticed the other items were messed up.

The food workers or whatever they’re called, however met my gaze with attitude as if I was a Karen. How am I a Karen if they’re the ones that messed up. The one who remade my order was short with me and didn’t clearly indicate something he put down was for me. I waited until someone was free for me to ask if it was mine as I did not want to touch someone else’s food. Attitude received yet again for my patience and respect.
I am done. This is my money these kids like to play around with and their unearned entitlement is ridiculous and uncalled for. I will be escalating this as far as I have to and for as long as I have to, and I will not stop.

Read moreHave to rewrite this because I guess my previous review wouldn’t post. This location in Pueblo West is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. First off, they always mess up my order. Never fails. They forget items, forget ingredients, and they skimp on everything. It’s always dirty inside the store, and the drink fountain is always sticky and gross. They charge extra because they’re a franchise. Tonight I took my pregnant wife there because she was craving it. They took our order then canceled it out. So we waited there for 30 minutes patiently for nothing. I watched 3 customers that ordered well after us get their food and leave. And when I asked where my food was the cashier, who looked 14, just said they would make it then. No offer to make it right. You may think wasting people’s time is no big deal, but it’s a huge problem. I barely ordered anything and paid $28, waited 45 minutes for it, and it was still cold. What a joke.
I don’t blame the staff, I blame the owner. They expect children to run their business for them so they can pay them nothing, overcharge for their food and just play dumb when customers call them out. I mean the party pack of 12 tacos is $28. I called in my order to Tiffany at 10:45 AM because I knew I would not make it before the 11 AM cut off. The norm is not to do that at Taco Bell but Tiffany made an exception for me Because I was having issues with my phone. The drive-through was very packed and multiple orders pending. To see her in there on the front lines with her team impressed me. She really showed me as an individual customer how important I was and that is something you don’t see every day in this current world climate. Thank you Tiffany for caring about your individual customers even though you were up to your ears in orders. I’ve only done three surveys in my life at age 56 and being a very busy owner of my own business but Tiffany stands out and I felt compelled to finally do this survey so she can be recognized for the extremely hard worker and team leader she is..!!!
