Subway — Restaurant in Colorado

Maybe the worst experiences at a food establishment ive ever had in Pueblo West. On 04/12/18 my wife, our son and myself entered the store and walked to the counter. An older woman named "Beth " and the young skinny white kid with short brown/brunette hair, i dont know his name since his apron was not on nor did he wear a name tag.

As we get to the counter both employees had a huge attitude, they both made comments on having to take out stuff that was already put away the young kid was rolling his eyes throwing around the doors and little clear bins that the food is stored in. The young kid was very friendly to my wife until i walked up behind her ( i had forgotten my wallet in the car). After he was done with his temper tantrum my wife asked for lettuce on her sandwhich, as it turns out the little bin was about to be empty, so again the kid gets pissed that he has to grab lettuce. The boy went and got the lettuce and did not come back out from the bacl(thankfully). Beth then continued making our subs but in such a manner that we were uncomfortable, intentionally making pur food sloppy. I made the mistake of asking for jalapenos at the end of my sandwich, a mistake beth took full advantage of and threw not one but two handfuls of the jalapenos onto my sandwich.

All this a whole 30 mins before close!!! Im not sure if there is an evening manager or not but someone with any sense of work ethic and customer service should be there in...

I was in the hospital all day, and it was probably 15 minutes before 9 when i walked in the loaf n jug for a subway sandwhich. I made sure to google a few places of their business hours to make sure they were open. Well it is listed that subway closes at 10p.m. i said great i have more then an hour. So as i was ordering DAVID the worker was so rude the whole time making my sandwiches, he had attitude every time he asked me what i wanted on my sandwhich, he made me feel horrible after i already had a long day of being ill in the E.R.. I then asked him ; you guys close at 10 p.m. correct, to remind him I was more then on time, well he said they close at 9p.m. and have been fighting the website to change it for quite sometime.... Well thats not my fault, so I guess Because i went in before closing unaware I deserved to be treated rudely with my child in my arms... Wouldn't recommend this place...

We have been to this store several times over the past year. Thwy are always out of something, usually bread.. The girl there, Amy, has the worst attitude you can imagine. She rolls her eyes and is just plain RUDE! I finally had enough and called and asked to talk to the manager. Her name is Renee. I explained the issues we had at her location, and she says "Don't tell me how to run my store" and hangs up on me. So I have called the owners of the store and am waiting to hear a reply. Til the rude employees and the rude manager are gone, ill never go back. I have proof of the attitude problems with this store and will be happy to provide them...
