Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado

I have been here three times now and it seems the staff is a little overwhelmed. I’m sitting and waiting on an ice tea right now and it’s been 30 minutes. It’s 8:15 on a Saturday morning, they opened at 6 and the ice tea was never made. I ordered a burrito and waited for 15 minutes and finally walked up and asked about it. It was in a microwave. Obviously they forgot about it as they’re taking orders through the drive through. I think the owners need to have better managers/supervisors running this coffee shop. Right now, it’s totally operational issues. The tea, coffee, and food are good. But if they don’t get proper management, it’s going to hurt them in the long run.

Update! I’m here on Saturday, March 11 at 8am. Huge difference from my previous visit! The gentlemen running the register was great. He even brought food out to me and my wife. Yea and food were great! I notice they had less employees this time, but seemed to be way more efficient! Great job! See...

Coffee preferences differ. If you like your coffee-oriented beverages a little lighter on coffee flavor and a little heavier on the syrups, then this place has you covered. I like a stronger coffee flavor, and I am not a hummingbird, so their by-the-recipe drinks don't work for me. Still, if you're after your daily sugar fix, they have a creative assortment of offerings. The food choices are also just okay; you're not going to stop in just for the prepackaged breakfast burritos. The service is mostly good, though like any place today, the younger staff seem more interested in their phones than in any sort of sustained interaction with the customer. The inside is bright and spacious with plenty of seating for get-togethers big or small; however, I wouldn't call it a coffee shop with ambience. I’ve been through the drive through a handful of times but had a chance to sit in and do some work for several hours. Right away Paisley was really nice saying it’s ok that I leave some stuff at the table while I go to the bathroom as she was about to leave. The MOD (manager on duty) Trish was very friendly and such a hard worker and very communicative with her colleagues and the customers and very polite. Auggie was my cashier and was very kind and a good kid and was also working very hard! The place is really nice and clean and every worker I’ve met has been nice I have no complaints. Trish’s words of encouragement and compliments to her coworkers creates a very nice environment and very motherly. I will definitely be back in again!...
