Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Colton

I went to this location last Wednesday with my little bro because he had a $10 gift card. We ordered two combos and our total was $14.09, so I paid the extra $4.09. I asked to pay the balance with my debit card and the cashier informed me there was a dollar charge for debit. I said ok and proceeded with my purchase. I left my card in their card reader for a while (longer than any other place I’ve used my card before) and I removed my card. I was told I removed my card too soon and my card didn’t go through. Rather than repeat this ANNOYING process I paid with cash and immediately checked my bank balance. Not only did they still charge/take the $5.09 from my account, but the next day the transactions were completely gone from my bank statement. I didn’t go back to make a big deal over $5.09 but I advice everyone to NOT use your debit card here.

Avoid this Carl’s Jr at all cost I went ordered a chicken Sandwich no mayo add bacon and cheese they make my order wrong I drive home to realize they messed up my order the so called “supervisor” that claimed was in charge was laughing at me over the phone said if I wanted my refund or anything I had to go back after he repeatedly hung the phone up on me mind you I live at least 30 mins away I was only in the area to go to Walmart. Upon arrival I told the guy I wanted my money back for his mistake with my food he asked for the food back I gave it to him he threw it back at me slammed the window shut and didn’t give me my refund back he injured my hand on the window he needs to be fired. Horrible!  There was a 30 minute wait in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me when I got there.  I saw our order sitting on the counter when we were driving up to the window  and watched for five minutes more as Alicia fumbled to get 4 drinks. One of our meals was missing and instead of getting me this meal that I had waited so long for, she decided to argue with me about it. All the food was cold and my sons "Crunchy" taco was mushy. When I let her know that I'd be calling corporate,  she rudely let me know that they were not corporate. Apparently that  is supposed to excuse the horrible food and service.
