Starbucks — Restaurant in Colton

Manager is very rude here I really don't come to this one only when the one cross AmPm is close but anyways I always get charge different prices for just a cup of ice and one expresso so as a customer it get annoying the price is nothing but when it's consistently different ur going to ask right . Well I pay $2.25 and then some day's .90cents or $1.25 and this place and other Starbucks have to done a trenta with two shots of espresso I pay $2.75 for that and then get told the next day oh no we can't do that we never do n when I hit them with that well they did yesterday . Well anyway I asked the manager why and she said it's different stores no taxes for each county is different but no store by law can make up there own taxes see I can go to OC and that's the upper class no lie I only pay for Avanti cup of ice with one shot for 90 cents and if I do a trenta it's only a $1. 25 so I told her ur telling me that in a high class area taxes are lower then Colton she said well honey this is not ORANGE COUNTY OKAY MY EMPLOYEE MESS UP THIS TIME AND NEXT TIME U WILL PAY $2.25 I SAID LOOK I JUST ASKED Y DO I GET CHARGED DIFFERENT EVERY TIME N USE AN EXAMPLE AND YOU GET MAD I LAUGHED AND SAID HERE IS THE REST $1.35 TO ADD TO THE .90 CENT I DON'T NEED A DISCOUNT FOR IT THE MONEY NOT THE ISSUE THE ISSUE IS THE PRICE IS ALWAYS CHANGING AND THEN THE NEXT DAY ITS SOMETHING ELSE . I used to work at Starbucks so I know a thing or two about costumer service and how to operate the drive threw position. I went in early today in drive threw around 8:50 am . This young lady was at the drive threw and she gave my mother a cup of coffee without any sleeves or a double cup. Not to sound like a Karen or anything, but you are supposed to put those stuff on especially when giving put hot coffee. My mom end up burning herself due to it being burning hot. I understand mistakes happen and really I am not mad at the worker who is trying to make that bank but what really got me off was that my mother came later that day because the barista who took the payment, charged my mother two times. My mother called the bank and told her to go to the Starbucks to have it handled. She went in and all the shift leader could say is "well, that aren't us,,, you must have your card stolen" after my mother had valid proof from her bank and such. I think that is legit the most stupidest thing I ever heard. You telling me your only solution to this issue is that my mother has someone using her card during the same time and same place twice? C'mon man lets be...

Horrible wait time and service!!! I went to this Starbucks to get a XL Narino, and to try something called a "Medicine Ball" that was recommended by a coworker. The drive thru like was very short, only 3 cars in... as Soon as I pulled up to the mic, the young woman first said I'll be with you in a minute, after 2 minutes she said thank u for waiting and asked can she get me something warm, I was like sure let me get a brownie, they were all out of brownies!
