Went in on January 2022 to see a truck. Too many problems. First red flag no coolant in reservoir. Truck started right up no mechanical issues. Oh no test drives until time of purchase. Truck seem to be ok so I went ahead and purchased and added the extended warranty. Paul said to take it to his mechanic to top off the coolant down the street from his dealer. Drove it to the gas station and noticed rear of the truck was sagging to one side. Problem #1 leaf springs worn out. Emailed a picture to Paul and no reply. Drove it for a week and engine light came on. Problem #2 Transmission is slipping code p0700 and p741. Emailed Paul and no reply. Following week went under the truck and noticed Problem #3 front CV axle was broken. At this point I went in and talked to Paul he said to take it to a mechanic for a quote and to reach out to the extended warranty about the transmission and axle problem not warranting his 30 day policy. I went ahead and fixed the axle out of pocket and waited for transmission quote. Warranty place takes for ever to respond to shop and said they can only cover $3k and the rest I got to pay out of pocket which is about $3,400. Tried calling Paul but won’t answer. No email replies. Buyer beware when buying a vehicle here. Wouldn’t recommend it to my family or friends. If you read this Paul Cmon man I haven’t even driven the truck 3k miles because of the transmission problem. Read moreworse dealership experience in my life. RUN!!! The salesperson did not want to sell a car/truck. When I asked if I could test drive the car, he said NO, not until I bought the truck. Said he did not want to move any cars so that I could test drive it. He said he had things to do, and places to go, so he was not interested, after I drove 1.5 hours to get there!!!!. I drove into the dealership in a brand new BMW X6, so I was a REAL cash buyer for a truck. He treated me with such disrespect, and was the worse salesman I have ever encountered, anywhere. I actually asked him if one of his trucks was a good vehicle...his answer "these are used vehicles, they are going to breakdown, so what can I tell you, your risk, if you want it, buy it". Read moreBe careful here. While the transaction went smooth and Paul was professional, it wasn’t until a week and two days after I purchased my jeep the battery died. Come to find out the battery sold with the jeep was from July of 2018. I do not live close to the dealership and had many thing to take care of this day so this put quiet a delay in my schedule. Even though I had the battery jumped it would not hold a charge I had NO choice but to replace the battery. $253 later after spending $22k plus to purchase the jeep. I inquire with Paul as far as a reimbursement and he says he can only replace the battery the next day. I asked for even just a refund of what his vendor would charge for a battery and he would not budge.
