Every single time I come to this location this young lady has the WORST ATTITUDE SHE’S RUDE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AND SHE ALWAYS HAS THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE MY RECEIPT SAYS THE NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE JASINNA SHE IS SHORT AND WEARS GLASSES IF IM NOT MISTAKEN THIS YOUNG LADY IS NOT WHO YOU SHOULD HAVE EMPLOYED SHE NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT DEEPLY MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE TONIGHT HAS BEEN RUINED BY HER ATTITUDE AND HOW SHE WAS PUSHY WITH THE ORDER TAKING PROCESS THIS WAS SOME OF THE WORST FAST FOOD SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN AND SHE SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED IF YOU HAVE TO SLAM WINDOWS IN PEOPLE’S FACE AND THERE FOOD IN THE BAG AND YOU CAN’T PROPERLY GREET A CUSTOMER WHY ARE YOU WORKING ? Read moreUpdate ive been frequently visting this jack in the box and been presently surprised then most recently had an issue and came in and spoke to Jason I'm assuming the store manager he was extremely friendly and addressed and fixed my issue immediately. Nice change to see a manager with customer service skills. I would assume the the reason why this jack in the box is going up in service in quality is due to Jason and properly leading his team. Whoever the owner of this jack in the box is please notice what an asset you have, especially in these times where customer service is dying. Updated to 5 stars
Apparently closes whenever they feel like it been there multiple times all lights on menus on but a cone in the drive thru and not a soul in sight all doors locked no one answered phone no signs posted about why the unexpected closure. Read moreI stopped in this location on my drive from Perris back to Rancho Cucamonga. After entering, I waited an inordinate amount of time for someone to take my order. There was at least 4 ladies working, but all seemed preoccupied with working the drive-thru or prepping cheese slices or just walking around. Another older gentleman came in, and he waited even longer than I to have someone come to the counter to take his order. When I got my order, it was WRONG. I ordered the supreme croissant combo, but got a cheese burger. I was sooo glad I had not decided to leave with my order only to find it was wrong. It was difficult to find a clean table to eat on in the lobby; most seemed littered with crumbs. There was only one person sitting in the lobby, which was in dire need of cleaning. As I ate, I saw one of the women behind the counter texting on her cellular phone, which I think is unsanitary. Generally, this place needs greater managerial attention.
