Love this restaurant! After seeing the recent reviews this place has gotten, it got me upset. I come from L.A just to eat here with my family. Sure, all the food isn’t amazing but I can assure you that their Michelada is one of the best I have tried and fried calamari (chicharon de calamar) is the best seafood appetizer ever! They need to work on their fried fish because it’s a bit heavy on the breading. Fish soup is a solid rich taste. The staff has always been friendly they are mostly busy. I could see why they might accidentally ignore customers everybody is asking for their service. Overall, this place deserves some love because they actually care about their food and service.

Went with my parents, my first time there. We got our chips and salsa, and the salsa was not good in my opinion. My parents got the bacon wrapped shrimp and I got the fajitas with cheese on top. I tried one of the shrimp, it was good, good amount of bacon and cheese. My fajitas were ok, beans were good. The one thing I thought was weird is that when the waitress brought my food it was sizzling like fajitas normally are. Even the cheese had already cooled down. I think they were sitting there for a while. So that was disappointing. Later I saw someone else getting their fajitas and those were definitely sizzling. Oh well. Service was ok too.

Craving a burrito & this place looked trustworthy by the reviews and chill atmosphere inside. Fast service, attentive waitress. Big portions. My SO said it tasted like "from home" and smothered his asada burrito with chili sauce. If he's happy I'm happy. I got the chicken burrito. The sauce inside was really good. Chicken a little fatty though. A little on the pricey side. Mints and wet wipes given with check.

It's rare to find this selection of Mexican seafood nowadays. The selection and options are outstanding - scallops, shrimp, octopus, clams, crab - all in various styles of preparation at prices that are reasonable. I had the scallop cocktail and it was easily a 30% less than what I usually pay at other restaurants that serve it (and there are few that do in my experience - while it may be on the menu, I'm more often than told it's not available). My wife and I were traveling and out of pure chance found this restaurant near the 10 freeway as we were leaving So Cal. It was packed, and for good reason. Outstanding selection and quality of seafood prepared the way my wife (who is from Mexico) and I would expect it. This will be a place we will come to every time we...

Ok, people are gonna call me crazy but here goes... This place literally makes me sick!!!! But it's NOT THE FOOD! The food here is great with the exception of whomever is manning that deep fryer, cambielo! Quema la comida. Whoever runs that deep fryer needs a new position bc they are overcooking fried foods...Otherwise Traditional Mexican food at its finest. Now, the sickening part. Idk if anyone has noticed the grid lights on the ceiling.. together with the fan.. equal a strobe light!! This has triggered a nasty dizzy spell followed by a migraine as soon as fresh air hits.. on 2 separate occasions. I'm not crazy, second time, the husband felt it too. Love this place, hate lighting....
