Came back to try the food again (have been back a few times). The service is considerably better than the last time. Tacos came out fast and tasted pretty darn good. Shrimp taco special - the shrimp were cooked nicely, good flavor, the crema is amazing.
Still got here within an hour of closing and they had a few people in there, but service was really quick! Glad the last few experiences have been good here since the food is good.

By that, the slow service actually ended up making 4 of the 5 tacos ordered cold - colder than ambient temperature cold. The last taco was just luke warm.
The sad part is the texture of the shrimp is cooked properly, and the flavor profiles are all there. But the temperature was a huge blow to the quality of the food I got.
Then the service definitely didn’t make up for it. Asked the cashier why my order took so long (2 orders after mine were ready before mine) and that the tacos ended up mostly being very cold. Answer was that there were many orders, except there really wasn’t. It was slow during this time and there was one order before mine. The number of people in here at this time was also only 5-10 people. No gesture to fix the issue. How would the quality of the food be if it was a taco Tuesday rush?

Went there for lunch the other day and was not impressed. First, they don't give you chips unless you buy them. That was sign number one. They did have a salsa bar which I enjoyed. The torta I ordered was good, but not great. My wife ordered the mojarra which looked good. She enjoyed it. My main thing for not liking it were the tacos. I ordered some steak tacos for my kids and they were drenched in oil. I had never seen tacos with so much oil in my life and I eat tacos very often. I laid napkins on them to absorb as much as I could and they were still drenched. It was disgusting. Not sure how anyone could eat that.
As for the atmosphere, the music was a bit too loud. We had to ask them to lower it a bit so we could hear ourselves talk. Service was ok. Problem was I assumed they would bring us our food to the table as we say down waiting. A while had gone by and no food. I decided to get up and go check. Glad I did. Our food was at the front counter sitting there while no one let us know. Not sure how long it had been sitting there, but long enough I'm sure for the flies on the restaurant to land on it several times. They should have brought out over to us or at least called us to get it. The location is not the big for us not to have heard them.
Overall, I would not recommend eating there. If you do, stay away from the tacos and be on the lookout...

We've been on the hunt for a new taco place for a while. This place is great for that! Thursday is $1.55 a taco, and it's packed with deliciousness. Asada Pastor Pollo Carnitas Cabeza We ordered them all! I didn't try cabeza though. Juicy and packed with meat, topped with red onion and cilantro and a dab of sauce . Grab some limes at the side bar and maybe a bit more salsa, but they are also delicious as is. We went back for seconds... And shamefully thirds...
My favorite was the chicken My S/O's was pastor
Roasted and seasoned jalapeno right on top of it all. Big place, clean tables, not super busy. Each order was fast.
We will be back to try other things they have and for more tacos hehe
Cons: Screw on seat cut my S/O when he went to sit on his leg Men's restroom doesn't lock.
The tacos could've been a bit warmer. Great for devouring right on the spot, but not hot.
You can't bring even a water bottle in, but if they keep the $1.55 taco price on Thursday it doesn't bother me at all to buy a drink from them. I had brought a bottle of water in, the worker was really nice about telling me the rule and even thanked me for understanding. Which I totally do.
