Then staff was probably new or something because he didn't have any kind of product knowledge and every question I had he had to say " uh let me ask" which i understand everyone is a new employee at one time but since the gentleman he was asking was not helping any customers at the time he should have shadowed the possibly new guy and just spoken to me himself. The product im not so sold on. I always was told good things about the chemical guys and their line of professional auto finishing products but I bought the sealer and detailer for matte finish paint jobs called meticulous matte. It did nothing to restore the matte finish on my car.. ill tell you more once I finally get around to using the other products I bought from them. It took the place of the Bargain place in the North Valley on Victory that is presently closed. It was worth the drive only because l got to see a friend who lives off the 14! Its 3 times larger than its Sister store and had plenty of the hot ceramic cups l had gotten in the Valley but had cracked. Which made my mission a success!
