If I could give this place a 0 I would. My family and I have been going to this place for years and never once had an issue until..... all of the good staff left and now they have the most inept staff. We went in today and the owner was so rude. He said we run his staff ragged. What? We ordered our food and drinks and the waitress forgot a bunch of stuff so we had to keep asking. I told the owner that his comment was rude and he refused to apologize. Instead he said that he's the owner and nobody is above him and basically he's better than everyone else and everyone loves him. I have never been to such an establishment where the owner was so rude and defends inept staff and food quality has gone downhill. The other reviews were right, you don't get your full order and have to keep asking and then they get rude because they actually have to do their job. As mediocre as it gets when it comes to breakfast places. We got the Florentine Bemedict with breakfast potatoes, which wasn't terrible, to be honest (3.5/10). The "hungry man platter" was a completely different story. Eggs were hard, and the cheese I asked for scrambled in the eggs was just sprinkled on top and not even fully melted. The bacon was hard, and sausage + kielbasa were tough and rubbery. The pancakes were pretty bad as well. Now, when I ordered a mac n cheese with bacon from the apps portion of the menu, I'm not sure what I expected, but it certainly was NOT Kraft with some hard bacon just dropped on top of it. I was genuinely shocked when our server brought that out.

Speaking of servers, our waitress was and whom i am assuming is the owner were both really nice , no complaints there. All that being said seems like a place for locals, no hate against this establishment, just honest opinions on the...

Had an awful experience here where my daughter was yelled at by a customer for giggling and playing with her friends happily, albeit loudly, in her seat. The other moms and I apologized and told our daughters to speak softer however the other customers (a nasty couple - ugly inside and out) continued to yell at them. They are 4 years old. The manager of the restaurant apologized to those customers, refused to let us cancel our order, and was generally just very unpleasant. We go for lunch every week with the same group and have never heard anything other than compliments towards our children.

Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you still believe children should be “seen and not heard”

As for the food - no one ate much, it was all pretty bad. I got a sandwich and the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was awful. We went somewhere else to eat after.
