I visited the KFC location on 5/11/25 at 9:06 PM and was extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. Upon entering, I was met with complete indifference by the staff. It took me asking if anyone was going to assist me after standing there for 2 minutes, and even then, the response was a lackluster "oh." What's worse is that there were no other customers in the dining area, and I couldn't help but notice 4-5 staff members in the back who seemed more focused on anything else than providing customer service.
After I finally placed my order for a three-piece chicken meal with one side and a drink, the food was prepared relatively quickly. However, the speed of service didn't make up for the poor experience. When I went to grab my fountain drink, I was appalled by the dirty state of the drink station. Spilled soda and a general lack of cleanliness were evident, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the restaurant.
The food itself was also underwhelming. The chicken seemed greasier than usual compared to my past experiences with KFC. Given the high standards I've come to expect from the brand, this was a letdown.
What really took the cake was when another customer came in for a pickup order, and the staff completely ignored him. No acknowledgment, no greeting – nothing. Given the lack of customers and ample staff, the service was inexcusable.
Observing the staff and the back area, it seemed like morale was quite low. The workers appeared disengaged, and the overall atmosphere was unenthusiastic. This lack of motivation seemed to translate directly into the poor service and lack of attention to detail.
Unless this location significantly improves its customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and staff morale, I would advise others to avoid it. The potential is there with more staff than customers, but it's clear that something...
Read moreBy far the worst service I have received in my history of dining out. I visited this location around 6pm on a weekday. I entered the drive through to be greeted with " You ready?!" I replied back with "Give me a moment please." I was reading the menu to figure out what to purchase for my family of 7. After looking at the menu for a few minutes( with no one else in the drive thru before or after me) I was asked to drive around so that there drive thru timer was not messed up. I responded that I didn't want to drive around and that I was ready to order. They didn't hear the part that I was ready to order and then told me I was in the drive thru too long to order. At that point I was frustrated I had small children in the car and really didn't want to get out of my car. I chose to park my car and go inside to see if I could speak with a manager. I spoke with the manager and was told this is a normal thing that they ask their customers to do and If I needed additional time to look at the menu that I needed to come inside. I expressed the inconvenience of having to come inside do to my situation and he responded with a blank stare. I choose to leave without purchasing anything because of my experience in the drive thru and my interaction with the manager. I have worked in customer service for a long time and I have never treated nor have been treated to rudely before especially when there is no rush. This location is the closest KFC to my home which is why I had decided to dine there. After this experience I will go out of my way to not patronize with this location anymore. I pulled up to order with one car just pulling up to the window and I sat there for approximately 3-5 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Once the man, Freddie (whose name is on my receipt) asked what I wanted over the speaker, I gave him my order and then I received no confirmation for my order then a minute later, I was told to order again. I ordered, pulled up to their window and immediately received very unfriendly looks. Unsure why, as I had not had any interaction with the employee who was about to take my payment. I received my food after about 4 minutes and then got my card back. I checked the bag (as I do everywhere I order because it seems like nobody can properly deliver an order) and did not receive $7 of my order. the cookies or the 2 chicken littles (which I didn’t notice that I didn’t receive until after I left the drive-thru) that were ordered, I waited at their window for the employee to see me. She seemed as if she were avoiding the window. Finally, after eye contact was made, she opened the window and I informed her that I did not receive the cookies I ordered.
