SUMMARY: Attentive customer service, high quality repair, 15-20 minutes to repair broken LCD screen, patient with questions, affordable compared to other repair stores, HIGHLY recommend if you need an LCD screen fixed or any other phone or tablet repair. If I need a repair in the future, I will bring my business here. Plastic barriers are in place to protect customers during the health pandemic. Great business in the Twin Cities metro area.

LONG REVIEW: Khan and Quick Fix is a pleasure to do business with. I had an iPhone 7 with a broken/cracked LCD screen. I called ahead to make sure he was open and that the price on his website was valid. After confirming that, he does accept walk-in repairs for many brands of phones and many different repair services for each type of phone. I was greeted immediately after entering and my phone was repaired in 15 minutes after I signed a short waiver and agreed with the price. I checked to make sure it worked after the repair. He was patient. Then I paid and am glad this service...

This place is great! I particularly want to thank David, who helped me so much. I woke up on an (already stressful) Monday morning to find that my phone would not turn on. I had no idea why this would be the case, so I assumed that it was broken. After looking through a few options online, I found Quick Fix. When I got there, David informed me (in a very kind and understanding way) that my phone was not actually broken! It turned out that I had a combined problem with lack of storage resulting in several failed software updates in a row. He taught me how to fix it and gently explained to me why it had happened. I am so grateful for the honesty and kindness of David and of this business! He could have easily scammed me in that moment, but he chose not to. Instead he was empathetic and understanding of a person with much less technical knowledge than he has. I will definitely be back to Quick Fix when I finally have the spare cash to get my cracked iphone...

DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could 0 stars I would. I brought my phone in for a screen repair today and was disappointed by the service today and left with a phone that no longer had a working screen, in fact I was able to take the screen off and get working again after they said that it was a mother board issue and dust caused it fail...these were all lies and the company just didn't want to take responsibility for their actions. Now I am unable to trade my phone in due to the damage and had to purchase a phone full price which is no fun. I just wish they would had admitted they were at fault and attempted to repair with a new screen, instead they gave me back my phone in non working order. And once I got the screen to turn back on, the screen had more discoloration that before. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE OR DEVICE TO THESE PLACES, UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MORE...
