When I politely asked for a bag for my 4 infusion drinks, a man grabbed a bag and threw it across the table, I smiled and politely bow my head said "thank you for my bag". He walked away with a sour face. While I was waiting for the rest of my order, I couldn't resist but to continue to observed his mannerism, He never greeted anyone with a smile. After 15 minutes he asked me, "Can I help you?" I responded with a smile, "I'm still waiting for my latte and my cheese danish". He never said a word. Needless to say I waited another 15 minutes even though there were only 2 customers waiting.
The following week I went to the drive thru ordered a gift card along with my drinks. At the window, this beautiful lady handed a gift card but without the insert envelope to go with it. I asked her politely if I could have an insert envelope for my card along with a receipt to go with the gift card. To my surprise, she rolled her eyes and shook her head sideways. I did get the envelope but no receipt. I don't know if she even activated the card.
I can handle the parking issue, but rude, snobby, miserable attitude? Maybe it is time to open a SELF SERVICE STARBUCKS where Robots can assist. They are friendlier, polite, and very respectful. No management required, just programmers.

Read moreWalked in the store and there was 1 lady in front of me. She ordered and then I ordered a venti iced coffee. My ticket says I ordered at 7:35 AM, you know, plenty of time to get my drink and get to work at 8:00 AM on campus. They proceeded to make 10 mobile orders (none of which were picked up before I left) before they made the other girls drink and then my drink. I got my drink at 7:50 AM, 15 minutes later for 1 iced coffee. Suddenly I dont quite have so much time to get to work. You need to take care of the people in front of you before you make mobile orders. Since you clearly cannot count on people to pick up their orders on time anyway.
Edit: I want to edit this review. I thought I had learned my lesson. I started doing mobile orders since they seem to take priority. But now with the social distancing setup they have the mobile orders behind the counter. This morning there were 6 of us waiting for our mobile orders. I don't know about the others but I could visibly see my mobile order but none of the employees would acknowledge any of us standing at the mobile order counter. We just sit and wait while the employees pretend we aren't there. The service at this location is worse than bad. I would switch to Scooters if their coffee...

This morning, I tried the Nitro Cold Brew and was immediately hooked! So hooked that I went back during lunch!
To my demise, I didn't know Nitro comes in a completely different shape and form.. I was handed a latte-looking iced coffee (3rd pic). I kindly asked the guy to re-make it and explained that I had a completely different looking coffee earlier this morning. I said that it should be from TAP (I watched them pour it this morning), the it should come with a sippy lid (not a straw), not half milk (I watched this guy pour 40% milk/flavoring in my coffee), and definitely NO ICE (he filled the cup half way with ice). He came back to me and said that he made it correctly and that it ALWAYS had ice.. even SB's website describes the drink the exact way I did - in writing! He re-made my drink the exact same way he did the first time if not worse. I took a sip and threw it away, it was definitely latte! Nitro should be creamy and should never be serve iced. I told him that it's very inconsistent the way they do things but he will not admit his mistake and walked away. Great...
