If you're wanting Taco Bell I would avoid this one. There are more in town that are more consistent, quick, and all-around just better at handling customers. I went through the drive-through, proceeded to watch my food and drinks get handed to the car in front of me and see them after refund the woman in front of our order so I was pretty worried. The manager on duty who have blue hai I specifically remember that, handed us the same food (she handed the customer in front of us) violating Taco Bell covid guidelines, she immediately lied to us and said it was a different bag of food (both unsealed). I could tell because she handed her the same drinks that we had (woman in front of us had no drinks) which our drinks were flat when we got him so there was a Telltale sign and on top of that. She accused us of lying and more on top of that backpedal by giving us our meal for free while scowling at us. Not a mask or pair of gloves was in sight for the employees handling food and most importantly nobody was wearing a hat/hairnet who had hair below the chin. I am very disappointed to say the least. This is the third time that we've given this store a chance, and this is by far the worst experience out of all three times. Our food was ice cold (even the cheese sauce) when we got it. We ended up just going to McDonald's next door and throwing out the food that we had. Very disappointing and quite honestly I would love to speak with the store general manager about this to see what staffing issues are going on due to the lack of unprofessionalism that was present. I repeat and I repeat again do not go here there are better options off of Business Loop 70, Stadium Boulevard, or even the one off of Clark. As a former manager in food service this is quite disappointed to see that this is what staff getting paid 12 plus dollars an hour can provide; piss poor customer service, unhygienic practices, and overall laziness. I never wish this upon anybody, but I really hope that the manager gets retrained. She has no business managing a team that she clearly could not control. Avoid this Taco Bell and please please don't waste...
Read moreCame here after an appointment prior to heading home an hour away. It’s 6pm and drive through only had a couple customers. I decided to go through drive through and order two soft taco supremes and one nacho cheesy Gordita crunch with Nacho cheese sauce added and a small sprite.
Not only was I NOT greeted and verbally provided the payment due, I gave the cashier $20. The cashier spent 2 minutes fiddling with the change in the draw, he gave me only $4 in return closed the window continued to fiddle with the cash in the draw while speaking with another coworker. Both coworkers fiddled with the change and still failed to provide me with the correct change in return.
Both employees took their time giving me my order while it sat on the counter near by. Once I have gotten my food I had asked for my receipt. The receipt they I watched them hide under my bag. They held onto the receipt for a while and after the second time asking for my receipt they then handed it over. My food was luke warm, nearly cold. I was charged for the nacho cheese and it was not given. I sat there for a while waiting on my drink I had ordered before the cashier decided to open the window once more to ask if I ordered a drink! I highly advise those to pay close attention to your orders and your money if you consider continuing to go here.
I will not order from here again! I do not appreciate sticky fingers.

Read moreI have never had a worst experience at Taco Bell than I have had at this Taco Bell. Last night around 12 am I went to Taco Bell. I ordered a mobile order because they were only accepting cash. When I got there I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes before I got my food. I went home to eat and I didn’t receive a single thing I ordered. Even the drinks weren’t right. I called and spoke to Leo and he said they’d correct it today. I went today and they basically accused us of lying. Then there was an older laying with glasses and grayish hair, short who refused to help us and flared her arms at us when we asked for help. Then there was this female named Mia who just gave us attitude and bossed around a coworker to do her job for her. I have never experienced worse customer experience than I did today and I’m on vacation. The food they gave us to “correct” our order was literally a bag full of random burritos. The picture I attached was a picture of what we’re gonna call a burrito? I couldn’t even tell you what it is. I called corporate and they’re refunding my order. I have family that just recently moved here and they now will never got to this Taco Bell. There was a worker with red hair who was amazing. He helped us to the best of...
