Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Perhaps rudest most obnoxious staff on the planet. The food is consistently good, but the staff is consistently a nightmare. First time I went, I swear, the cashier looked like he was going to slap me because I mistook their regular fish for a higher-end cod that was also featured on the menu.

The second time I went, my husband and I were treated to one worker screaming, and I mean SCREAMING to her coworkers about her shift schedule. This particular tirade lasted a very heated 20 minutes.

Tried doing drive through, but the person handling the order was clearly high and messed up the order.

It got so bad we decided to start getting their food delivered via DoorDash. However, that doesn't work either because tonight, FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW, our DoorDasher cancelled out on the process because she couldn't tolerate the rude staff for one second longer. When Long John Silver's food is fresh and cooked to order it's very good and I always ask for it to be cooked to order when I place my order. Somewhere between my request and what comes out there's always a disconnect. For example this evening I requested a platter with everything cooked to order I wanted the french fries well-done . what I received was fish and shrimp that was cooked totally well done the french fries and the hush puppies were obviously sitting up in the heater because they were just mildly warm and definitely not freshly cooked and most definitely not well done.
