I called mid week for a tee time on Saturday morning around 9:00 AM and the gentleman I spoke with said there was league that goes off at 9:00 AM and he said there was an opening at 9:45. Booked it, no problem. Saturday rolls around and I receive a call at 7:30 AM from a man named Tom just letting me know that there was a frost delay and was going to have to push our tee time back. I respond, "No problem, it stinks but I understand." I tell Tom that we will cancel our tee time then and thanks for the heads up. I start doing things around the house and I receive a call at 9:00AM from Tom. He tells me that they have had a few people cancel their tee times and that they lifted the frost delay and are now sending people out and the league is going to start now if you still want your tee time. I respond yes we will be there as soon as we can (I live about 20 min away)! I'm just about to pull into the parking lot and I receive a call at 9:31 AM from Tom. Letting me know that the league hasn't started yet and that we don't have a tee time anymore and they can't send us off. Very confused, I asked if we could just jump to hole 2 and he assured me that he could not do that let alone do anything. He said sorry and that was it. I walked into the club house (since I was already there) to see if I could talk to someone and get more of an understanding. I walked to the front desk and asked the man that working. I told him that Tom had said we could get off at 9:45 no problem...etc. The man said "no, nothing I can do" and walked away. Cleary the people here do not speak to each other or let anyone know what's going on. I understand things happen but being so unprofessional when I was called three times and then called only 10 min before letting know we can't go off anymore... Just blows my mind. They control the rate of when people go off and letting the league (which is crazy to me that they let a league play on both the main course and the par 3 course on a Saturday morning) dilly dally to push back times is infuriating. This place once thought to be a fun place to play is now never getting my business again. Horribly...

There are 2 practice greens, driving range from grass and covered driving range from turf. Pricing is more from the grass tees. This is a great practice facility. We did not play the regular course. This is a busy location so book tee...
