Arby's — Restaurant in Columbia

Dirty, nasty, will never be back to this location. I wish I took pictures but was afraid that the filth would somehow infect my phone by having images of the nastyness in it's memory. The booths by the soda machine have visible moldy grime along the bottom easily visible from the overflowing trash can. The condiment dispenser was either empty or malfunctioning because it took way too much effort to get 2 cups of Arby's sauce, 2 cups of horsey sauce, and one catchup. The pickles and peppers tasted like they were soaking in water instead of a brine. The order was of course missing part of it. And requesting a behind the counter sauces (ranch and bronco berry) we're meet with looks of confused panic. At this time I feel the need to point out that the restaurant was completely empty except for the 3 of us. No attempt to do any sort of house keeping was made by any one. Sweeping, moping, trash or wiping down the tables (yes I had to do that myself also) was attempted by anyone. We left feeling grossed out with not only the questionable meat we consumed, but with anticipation of the watery stool that we we're guaranteed to have when we got home ( should have bought a lotto ticket, cause I predicted that one accurately). My wife and I got the good burgers hers no pickle, of course there were pickles so I took it back in and asked the guy working drive thru to have it remade. He was extremely polite apologized and let the manager (sawyer) know it needed remade. Immediately (with other guests in the lobby) the manager started yelling about how I was a F-ing liar and the employees needed to start checking burgers bc people always lie to about the sandwhich. Sawyer even opened the sandwhich and said there was no pickle again saying I was a liar. I then asked the drive thru employee to watch as I opened and showed him the pickles on bottom. He confirmed and took it back, sawyer did not apologize for the mistake or their actions and treatment of me, didn’t say a word to me and instead yelled at the employees for not helping them more. I will never be back. This location (with the exception of the drive thru guy — didn’t get his name) is an absolute joke and treat their paying customers like the garbage sawyer is putting out. I was in here a few days ago and have had issues with this before... I ordered a chicken sandwich and curly fries to-go. I got my drink and filled my cup while waiting for my food. My friend in front of me got their food within 2 minutes and I stood there with my drink and receipt waiting patiently as the people behind me got their food before I did. I could tell the staff was having a bad day as every time they would talk to each other, they would make sure that everyone in line heard that they were a person short on this shift. The lady behind the register asked if I had gotten my food yet after 6 people passed me in line. I replied no, and showed her my receipt. She got angry and demanded the chicken sandwich from the grill. The other people behind the counter had no clue of this order and I assume it somehow got deleted. After waiting roughly 15 minutes, I got to enjoy my chicken sandwich and curly fries with a measly 10 minutes remaining for my...
