My whopper was cold by time I got it but probably was my fault I accidentally placed the order for drive thru I didn't realize my mistake until after wasn't the employees fault and thank you to one of the female employees for the free fries for my baby just hope there wasn't any misunderstanding I am grateful but I was genuinely confused I didn't order fries and why I thought they were given to me by mistake she didn't tell me about them and I was trying to do the right thing and tell her then she did shout at me they're for the baby and she could have simply tell me she put fries in the bag for my daughter I would have known and I ordered the whopper for my baby and me to eat I was going to share it with her and I also packed applesauce and pudding for my baby to eat if she was hungry I was going to feed her and I did have to change my babys diaper on the floor with a blanket underneath her there is no changing table in the bathroom but other than that the service was great and she loved the fries thank you 🙂 and thank you to the male employee for helping with the soda machine I couldn't figure it out I'm not use to those touch screens...

What I got was 4 REGULAR cheeseburgers, mind you they only cost $1 each. Well jokes on us for not checking the bag before we back on the interstate headed for home, home being Pennsylvania. We call the store and explain our disappointment and ask for a refund on my credit card. The girl informs my husband that they can either re-make the burger's or do a cash refund if it was done in cash. We're already 10 mile's away so it would be 20 mile's for them to re-make there mistake because I paid with a credit car. Can you see the issue I'm having with this whole thing. Read moreI will never eat there again. I recieved the rudest service I have ever recieved at this Burger King. I went through the drive thru and the girl that took my order was very rude. She kept trying to give me my total as I was ordering, it happened twice and It wasn't like I was taking my time either. I was reading from a list. There is no indication the 1st window is out if service. After about 3 minutes I pulled up to the 2nd window. The girl opened the window, I gave her $20 hoping it was enough because she never told me my total. She gave me my change and food without saying a word and then shut her window before I could even tell her thank you. My Bacon & Cheese Whopper was cold and only had 1 piece of bacon on it.
