CODY WAS AWFUL. Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. And it’s not like fast food is rare for me. My problem is mostly with the guy running the drive thru. Cody J is the name on the receipt, so if that’s him then know that he is a terrible human to interact with. We had to ask for items at the window multiple times, which he ended up not even ringing in 3 things so we didn’t receive those. We also had to ask for no lettuce multiple times and saw that it didn’t appear on the screen when ordered so we checked again at the window with Cody and he then threw a fit and begin to have a lot of attitude. When handing us the drinks, we almost had to get out of the car to reach them. He didn’t ask us about sauces at all and when we asked for some he threw in every single kind. Then when inspecting the food it was all completely wrong. I had called the store and all the manager said he could do was remake the food if we brought it back. Unfortunately we are leaving town and will not be back through for a while. However, I intend to bring this bag of food, no matter how gross it is at that point, back to the store and have them remake it. I asked for two water cups after paying for my food and the girl says you "gotta pay for those" "I said"ok" the girl throws her hands up an says to another girl "hey you gotta deal with this cause I'm not!" Me totally confused about what's going on the other girl says it's free then another says no you gotta pay I said ok she says hey we are just saying you gotta pay I'm like hello I'm standing here credit card in my hand ready to pay for the water. I'm still confused at why I got treated like that then my food wasn't what I ordered I still continued to eat only half of it gave the rest away to the homeless man. I approach the manager an he's like well they said you had attitude IDK where they got that I had and attitude an I said something about the food be said well when I pulled up you were eating it why were you eating it? Don't ask me why I'm eating the food I just spent my money on. Clearly I'm hungry an I just screwed myself over by coming to half excuse for a restaurant. How dare you. I should have asked him why he wasn't in there training his employees how to do their job an be respectful to customers. Poor management. Poor employees. $5.30 for two small cups of water....
