If I could give this place negative stars I would. Last fall, we stopped in to get lunch and ice cream. We went through the drive thru and were asked to pull up and to the side after already waiting 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers. We were hesitant to do so due to a large bush over growing into the road. We pulled up anyway and even though we had paid, we waited for our food and our drinks an additional 10 minutes further than what we already had. Then a guy who we later found out is the General Manager came out and brought our food but no ice cream. We told him that we had paid for the ice cream and we also told him that we didn't appreciate having to park against a bush that scratched our truck. His reply was rude and hateful, he asked if we wanted our ice cream or not in a condescending tone and then proceeded to speak hatefully to us until my husband told him multiple times that his smart elec attitude was not appreciated and that we just wanted our ice cream so that we could leave. He continued to stand there and treat us like dirt until my husband yelled at him to get the ice cream and then my husband got out of the truck and went in to watch him make the ice cream for fear if him doing something to it after the way he had treated us. Even though my husband was quiet and said thank you for the ice cream, this so called General Manager followed him out the door and threatened him. We left and we're appalled at the terrible customer service that we experienced. I called and asked for the owner's name and number. I called and left a message on his machine and he couldn't be bothered to call me back. Clearly if the owner doesn't care about the business and the General Manager has a smart elec attitude towards the customers, then the don't care if you have a good experience or not. My recommendation is do not eat here. The place is filthy, the staff is rude, and the manager would rather make snippy comments at the customers than actually make sure that they have a good experience. Stay away from here and tell everyone to know and love to...
Read moreOrdered food for pickup inside, food said it would be ready on the app at 7:32, yet got an email saying that the order was not transmitted properly but arrived in a different way due to my use of a credit card? So I arrived at 7:37 and the doors were locked, so I went through the drive thru, they had me pull up and had to wait, then forgot to give me ranch for my cheese curds. So I had to pull back around through the drive thru, when I asked for ranch they said how many, so I said 4 (probably didn’t need that many but hey they asked) they tried to charge me for ranch, so I told them they forgot it in my order, then asked if I had the receipt, to which they never gave me, so I told them the name for the order, to which they looked at my order and said “I can give you one ranch for the cheese curds” like sorry, didn’t realize DQ was so broke they couldn’t give me extra ranch whenever they forgot it in the first place, and made me go all the way through the drive through a second time. I ordered my food through the app at 7:21, it’s 8:08 and I’m just now getting home with my food, and I live 3 miles from DQ. Long story short, don’t use the app, it’s almost comical, and good luck finding a simple complaint form. Whoever owns this store needs to tell its managers that they can be nice to customers when their orders weren’t done correctly. Good customer service keeps customers, and I will be making sure to avoid this location due to that. It’s ranch for crying out loud, and what happened to good customer service? I love DQ’s burgers and not every location is like this, that’s why I’m giving it two stars.
Edit: Just opened my burger, to which I asked no ranch on, and there is ranch on it. The irony is unreal lol I definitely won’t be returning to this location: DQ on Business Loop in...
Read moreI went in to grab a quick lunch and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a small Oreo blizzard. Nick, the manager working that day brought my food out and started eating the blizzard first, there was almost ZERO Oreos in the blizzard and took my spoon and swirled it a little deeper into the blizzard and still nothing. So I went to the counter and told Nick that there wasn't hardly any Oreos in it. His response to me " come on man, there's plenty of Oreos in that, in fact I have you more than I'm suppose to for a small man" I asked him to show me where they were and he told me to look at the specs of Oreo which apparently to him, was considered an Oreo blizzard. He then said I can put more in there if you pay for it. I said" no, this Oreo blizzard should have been made right the first time, also, that arguing with a customer about something that could have been an easy fix is not good customer service". He acted like a jerk to me and embarrassed me completely for something as small as adding an extra Oreo....wth is wrong with people. He should not be in a position of authority be ause that involves taking care of problemswithput embarrassing paying customers and also not using the word "man" every sentence like he's talking to one of his friends. Not...
