The last four visits have been wrong. It's either been poor quality in food, I've gotten the wrong order, bad customer service or the most recent issue was when I spoke to the general manager face to face and addressed the past few visits and how I had problems that never were resolved. He didn't apologize He only said to return the store with the receipt after I clearly showed him on my phone that I purchased over $75 with the food in a month on the app so I had proof of purchase. He didn't offer a complimentary drink, anything not even an apology. I still choose to go ahead and buy food for my daughter and I because she likes fried chicken from there and when I get home I open the container mac and cheese and it's literally half of a cup. So I called there, the manager answer the phone and has a rude attitude only defending himself rather than apologizing for the inconvenience it says that's all we can give out. So I asked to speak to the manager that I was speaking to when I was just in there, he states that's the general manager I said oh yeah please put him on the phone. I literally just told the general manager that I've been in customer service / food service supervising industry for 20 years so I understand that at times it gets busy and stuff gets messed up so I haven't made a big deal about the past orders however when I pay $3 for three bites of mac and cheese I have a problem because you can pay $5 for a large and receive three times the amount. And he doesn't even apologize I don't care about making sure your staff is following procedure with portion control however if I'm spending my money on food from your establishment and you're stating to me that one scoop of mac and cheese is all you get but a large is a pint size amount which receives three and I don't even get half a cup I have a problem. I even mentioned to him I took pictures I can't come to the store right now because my car's messed up and I'm definitely not walking there because it's cold and dark but I'll send you pictures so you can see it for yourself. Still no apology No way of making it right. I ended the phone call with I will never spend my money at this establishment again. The Popeye's on business loop sucks I will eat at KFC, Lee's Chicken or MCDONALD'S BEFORE I SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR THERE. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE STAFF. ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES CUSSED TWICE IN FRONT OF MY 9-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER WITHOUT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING IT OR APOLOGIZING WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. I DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE HOMELESS PEOPLE BEGGING YOU FOR FOOD ALL DAY EVERYDAY, YOU TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY AND UNLESS THERE'S SOMEONE THAT'S COMING IN THERE CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING AND TRYING TO GET FREE FOOD THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD BE DOING IS MAKING SURE YOUR CUSTOMER LEAVES WITH THE SMILE ON THEIR FACE BECAUSE THEY'RE SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THE STORE TO STAY IN BUSINESS SO THEY ULTIMATELY PAY ALL THE EMPLOYEES FOR THEIR PAYCHECKS. IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THEN IT'S SAD THAT YOU'RE EVEN IN BUSINESS! AND TO THE YOUNG MAN THAT CUSSED IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER TWICE AND THE HISPANIC WHO SAID A CUSS WORD IN SPANISH I DON'T APPRECIATE THE DISRESPECT THAT I WAS GIVEN. Read moreI was jus an in there and I watched a guy pay for his food they made it wrong he even came back to the store and requested a full refund... He did purchase extra food and told them he didn't want the receipt he paid with cash and got two extra items .. We sat in the lobby my husband and I and watched this happen, they told him they couldn't give him a refund for the extra items even though they both employees who said his name was Victor. The guy asked his name also...he had brought all the food back and untouched ... The staff was very rude to him ... A Caucasian women a guy heavy set with glasses who gave him the first refund and the manager who was very rude in identifying his self... After that we got up and walked out... That's no way to treat people who spend they hard earned money with a company. I'm a manager at McDonald's jus next door . They were very rude to that man... I brought him to my store and gave him his food for free because we watched what he went through. We will not be eating or coming to this location again. We are definitely going to be telling people about the rude staff and wrong doing to a customer. Cause if he wanted to hurt them he could have he had a car full of people with him... He even told them not to come in the store .. We watched him grab a guy and stop him from coming in there to do something to the staff. Popeyes you can't treat people like that . ITS JUST WRONG. Read moreI will NEVER eat at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen again no matter how much my husband likes it. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered a ton of food this afternoon since we have family in town. Got home and we are missing more than half our chicken. So we drive 20 min BACK to town to get it. Called them on the way to let them know what we were missing and that we were coming. They were very rude to me on the phone but said they’d get it ready. We get there at 2 and they tell me that they can’t give me any chicken because I have to wait until the manager gets there at 5 so they can CHECK THE CAMERAS because they think they gave it to us. Basically they don’t believe me so they’re not giving me any of the food THEY forgot to give me. I told them I was not driving back to town a 3rd time for their mistake and they said too bad I could leave then. Took me getting so mad that I cried for them to chase me out and offer me the chicken they missed. Should have made it right in the first place. Called at 5 when the manager got there and he called me baby and told me to come back to the store so he could give me some more food. Told him it’s a little late for that and I wanted to address how his staff handled the situation. He told me he wasn’t responsible for what his staff did because he wasn’t there. Laughable! Made a complaint with upper management and waiting...
