Tonight was the worst experience iāve ever had with dominos. Originally they had forgotten our drink and had to go back to the store to get it. Totally cool with that, mistakes happen. However, upon opening our food we noticed that the pasta we ordered had almost nothing inside. I mean, it was like a single layer of noodles, just barely making sure the bottom of the pan was mostly covered. So we called and talked to the store manager Matthew about it. Matthew definitely did not have good customer service. Definitely just seemed like he was annoyed with us, but he did eventually say he would remake it and send it over with the soda. A few minutes pass and we get a voice mail from Matthew asking us to call him back. After we called him back he asked if we started eating the food, which we said yes to (because from our experience, restaurants canāt take food back and weāre not about to be wasteful). Matthew then told us that since we started eating it, he couldnāt correct the order, as that was us āaccepting itā. We were not okay with this. So after some back and forth arguing we told him he could take back the remainder of the pasta and he would still bring us a new order. When the delivery driver finally came back, she laughed at us. Very unprofessional. Then to top it off our soda was warm and instead of replacing our pasta, they just brought us a pasta bowl with melted cheese only. This franchise owner is paying people to ignore orders and run his or her business into the ground. Pathetic, lazy people, robbing the company for a paycheck.
It said "Gordan is preparing my order." I've got news for you, Gordan is collecting a paycheck and ignoring orders and Gordon should be fired. Gordan doesn't answer the phone and couldn't care less about customer service. Gordan is what is wrong with America post covid. People like Gordan should not remain employed.

Admittedly Domino's isn't the traditional deep-dish I grew up eating in Chicago, but it's also not $35 for one medium pizza before tax. Keep up the great work guys!
