Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

I would give the staff here zero stars. I love the style and taste of Imos but if I order delivery but never get my pizza, how can I enjoy it? The lady who took my order did not repeat my address so I thought she heard me correctly the first time, however, as an hour passed I called back and was told that they were given the wrong address (and that other lady did repeat the address...) and the delievery driver was 80 and had no cell phone. I was told there were two options, I would be charged again to have the pizza remade and delievered once again or I would wait another hour and be delievered a cold pizza. Turns out the delievery driver decided to come to the right address with the cold pizza where I had to tell him I voided the order. Without a word he turned around and stomped off. Never calling Columbia...

On 6/21/2021 I ordered various items from the store and went to pick them up as I always do. When I got home the food was cold ALL of it. I had to reheat things on my own in my air fryer and oven. When I called the manager she was very rude. She put me on hold and came to say"my employee put it in the hot box when it was done so, what happened after you picked it up isn't my problem." She said all she could do was give me 9.00 and some change back". That is not even half the price of my order. I have never had this problem with food being cold from there too my house. So that definitely not the issue. This is VERY poor customer service, considering I didn't even call and complain a few months back when there was a hair baked...

2nd time I've received pizza that is EXTREMELY well done. The first time a few months ago, I let it go. But this time we had $50 worth of food and it tastes horrible. I called and the manager was friendly, I guess, but only offered to credit my account for next time or take these pizzas back and replace them. I waited an hour for my delivery as it was and am headed on vacation so I couldn't get replacements, nor did I want to wait another hour. I am disappointed that I paid for food that my family cant eat! Not sure if I i want to order from this location again, I dont trust it... which means as the customer I am stuck with a credit I may never use and paid for pizza I have to throw...
