Jimmy's Family Steak House — Restaurant in Columbia

My work just placed a very large order through Order Up at 11:00 we received an email almost an hour later that they had forgotten about our order and were just now starting to make it. We called to find out how long they thought it was going to be and the lady kept stating " we're busy" and then hung up. We called back and asked for a manager and when the "manager" got on the phone he would not even listen before saying they were to busy for this " if you want to cancel the order then cancel it" then hung up before we could even respond. We then got another email saying it would be almost 30 more minutes and asked if we wanted to cancel. It will be well over 2 hours before we get our food. We were not being rude, angry and were fine with then being "busy" we just wanted to know when our food would be here. You just lost a lot of business.

Addendum-- The order up delivery driver contacted us and advised that he was waiting and decided to ask them about our order and the owner then cussed him out and yelled at him about this order. With Lone Star Steakhouse by Bass Pro shop closed, we googled steak houses and this one looked nice in the pictures. Pulled up and only one car and seemed like a strip mall place. Appearances on the outside are like an oyster shell with a pearl inside. End of the meal, our number one favorite place to eat from now on. Owners are a Greek family so you can get all that food as well as unbelievable steaks, and burgers. The Waitress and her husband the cook who are also the owners, have the best personalities and the service was just what anyone would want. Ribeye was recommended, it literally melts in your mouth with just the right smoky flavor for me. My wife had the souvlaki and couldn't have asked for it to be better prepared. Later the son and daughter came in and took over, even sitting down to talk to customers that had obviously been coming here for along time. First name basis for everyone that walked in the door while we were there. The decor was timeless and very well done, for example the clown in the machine that swings with a quarter and gives you an egg, a vintage machine that makes the place even more memorable. If I could give negative reviews I would! The owner is the RUDEST MAN I have ever dealt with. We ordered some dinner off of Order Up for delivery. On the Order Up menu it says that the Greek entrees come with a choice of side, but it didn't list any options, so we wrote in what we wanted for the side in the notes section. Our Order Up delivery driver called me to verify my note because she said the owner was telling her that our entree didn't come with a side, which I then explained to her that on their website it clearly says it does. So she hands her phone over to the owner to talk to me and he begins to YELL at me over the phone saying he had his menu right in front of him, where does it say it has a side. I tried to explain to him that it is the Order Up menu we order off of, not his restaurant menu, but he just kept shouting over me!
