KFC — Restaurant in Columbia

Hey Kfc of Columbia, Kentucky:

Im sorry for acting a little weird yesterday while waiting on my order as I was kinda off in my head as the guy was handing me my food in my Red 2013 Chrysler 200.

I was a bit stressed out, not having the greatest day. The day prior to yesterday on Friday at 1:00 PM, my father passed away, sometimes thinking in my head is how I relieve my stress or cope with things.

I didnt want you to think something is seriously wrong with me and no; no one said anything, I wasnt upset with any of you guys, but upset with the fact, my dad passed. :(

I wanted to say : Thank you sooo much for the fresh 16 Piece bucket, everything being correct and the guy packing the plates out and utensils yesterday, eating a fresh meal, that was correct and your hard work made my day!

You never know how someone's hard work can make a difference in someone's life for the better! :)

SUPER SUPER RUDE!!! Not only did they rush me to pay in line with literally NOONE else in line BUT me. But they also yelled at me, asked me if i had ever worked in a fast food restaurant before. Not only did they rush me but they rushed me TO GET MY ORDER WRONG!!! Im talking 3 employees in the window yelling at me at 1 time! I called to tell them the order was wrong. They talked over me yelled at me again and hung up! When I called hack and asked for corporates number they hung up on me again! So i called back and this time they THREATENED me!!! Yes threatened a customer! So not only did i get rushed, threatened, yelled at by 3 employees at one time, got hung up on, they didn’t even get my order right after ALL THAT!!! Its ok ill just google...

My first time to dine in since it opened. It was dinner time and they were busy, when I received my order there were no tables available. I noticed an employee using a table, no longer eating just screwing with her phone. Could she not see they were busy and give her table to one of the 3 customers that were looking for a place to sit down, so we all wound up eating in our vehicles. I was in view of the dining room while I ate, and watched several people after me leave. Where is management when you need them. When I finished and was backing out of my spot, the employee was just getting up from the table. Just shows how much they care about taking care of...
